Harold Foster didn’t let South Grant get involved in the principal’s matter, planning to investigate the school issue after finishing his military district work.
Originally, Nathan Foster didn’t want South Grant to go to school; he planned for him to attend only the exams directly when the ti ca.
After all, in the recent days, there weren’t any courses at school—just so mock exam papers.
However, South Grant’s wound wasn’t a big deal, and he didn’t want to stay at ho, so he decided to go to school.
The students were still attending normal classes, and teachers were still lecturing about what to pay attention to before exams, but unlike before, there wasn’t a large amount of howork, giving students plenty of free ti.
When South Grant arrived at school, he had to deliver a leave note for Fiona Grant to their class teacher, which Harold Foster had asked her to bring in the morning.

Fiona Grant and Felicity Grant were in the sa class, along with Chester Lynch. They were all in Class One, which was the elite class of the school. When South Grant was delivering the leave note to Class One’s class teacher, he happened to et Felicity Grant in their class teacher’s office.
The class teacher of Class One was sitting at the desk at that mont, holding a test paper, speaking earnestly to Felicity Grant:
"Felicity, tell the truth to your teacher, are you in a relationship?"
Felicity Grant hurriedly denied it, saying, "No, I promised my parents I wouldn’t date classmates in high school."
The teacher then handed the test paper in his hand to Felicity Grant and said sternly:
"Felicity, I’ve taught you since junior high school. Your grades have always been excellent, consistently among the top in Class One. Now, look at your grades—what have they beco? The college entrance exam is approaching, and in yesterday’s mock exam, you scored this. Do you still want to get into a prestigious university?"
Felicity Grant looked at the paper in her hand, and the score was indeed low—lower than she had ever scored before.
She had been anxious due to the fire incident these past few days and couldn’t concentrate during the exam.
While she was still searching for an excuse, she heard the class teacher, with anger in his tone, saying:
"Felicity is about to graduate, and I don’t want to leave any bad impression on you. But that evening, I saw you with a student from Second High School nad Marcus Shaw, coming out of the small woods behind our school. Felicity, I don’t oppose you dating, but no matter what you do, your task now should be focusing on your studies."
When Felicity Grant heard the class teacher ntion her coming out of the woods with Marcus Shaw, her face instantly turned pale.
At this mont, South Grant happened to walk up to the class teacher and Felicity Grant.
South Grant saw Felicity Grant’s pale expression.
Thinking about what their class teacher had just said, South Grant couldn’t help but feel puzzled.
When did Felicity Grant have contact with Marcus Shaw? Wasn’t Chester Lynch her secret crush? Marcus Shaw and Chester Lynch had a feud; how could Felicity Grant possibly go to the small woods with Marcus Shaw?
The more South Grant thought about it, the more puzzled she beca. When looking at Felicity Grant, Felicity’s eyes were evasive, face pale.
Seeing Felicity Grant like this, South Grant’s mind conjured up four words: guilty conscience.
