The leopard gave a push and directly knocked Li Changsheng to the ground.

"Give up," Xia Bin shouted, pressing the give-up button in his hand.

Despite the pain, Li Changsheng also reached for his wrist.

At the mont he pressed the button, he saw the leopard leap again.

Dead!

His mind went blank, and he tightly closed his eyes.

In the live broadcast room, it was silent, with not a single comnt.

From the mont the leopard suddenly attacked Xia Bin, everyone was on edge.

This was a live broadcast, not a film show.

For everyone, it was their first ti seeing a wild animal directly attack a human.

It all happened so fast, in less than two minutes.

Two grown n almost t their end.

"There’s no picture, did they make it out safely?"

"Maybe it’s..."

"Damn, that was terrifying, the leopard was so fierce and the attack was so dreadful."

"This is the wilderness, truly. Just now, my heart almost jumped out of my chest."

"It’s too scary, how can anyone survive 500 days like this? It’s just too hard."

"When they registered, they said there was a 40% death rate, they weren’t just saying it."

"So bloody, the leopard’s gaze was terrifying. And how did it succeed in the ambush, without making any sound?"

"They’re not dead, Xia Bin and Li Changsheng are alive, they’ve returned to the camp."

Indeed, Xia Bin and Li Changsheng did not die.

After giving up, they imdiately appeared in a room with a door.

The two supported each other, passing through the door and returning to their world.

Outside, several doctors were waiting. Seeing them co out, they imdiately helped them onto a stretcher.

After checking, neither of them was in life-threatening danger, only scratched, not injuring any arteries.

The audience in the live broadcast room ran to take a look, and after confirming they were not in danger, everyone breathed a sigh of relief.

Everyone was worried they had been killed by the leopard.

"Soone gave up again, I wonder if they were attacked by so animal." Lu Ke looked up at Xu Yi, having just heard the alert from the Star Chart, saying that team 19 had given up the challenge.

"Most likely, given that it’s nightti, it probably wasn’t due to hunger or sothing like that." Xu Yi shared his thoughts, considering it was already 8 PM.

At night, the wilderness is full of dangers lurking.

"Hopefully, there were no casualties." Lu Ke said, then took a deep breath and continued with her tasks at hand.

Having been in this world for so many days, everyone should be well aware of the dangers of their surroundings.

They are all adults, capable of taking responsibility for their actions.

Xu Yi nodded silently, continuing to carve the wood in his hands.

He had finished the tabletop, and that night he was working on the table legs, using wood as thick as an arm, which was relatively easier to handle.

After completing the final table leg, Xu Yi began to assemble them.

After assembly, Xu Yi wobbled it a bit, and it was reasonably stable.

"Lu Ke, co and help lift the tabletop," Xu Yi called out.

Only then did Lu Ke realize that Xu Yi had finished the table.

So she quickly put down the clay in her hand and walked over to Xu Yi’s side.

Because the wood for the tabletop was still quite moist, it was quite heavy.

The two of them lifted the top onto the legs, and it sank right into the soil.

"Xu Yi, you’re amazing, we have a table now," Lu Ke said happily, looking at the square table.

Xu Yi grinned, rocking the table a bit.

Once the tabletop was installed, it was quite stable.

"Now I won’t have to squat while eating. Once I make the chairs, I can sit and eat," Xu Yi said joyfully. This was his first project, and being able to create this with just an Engineer Shovel, a machete, and a dagger was already impressive.

At the very least, Xu Yi felt quite satisfied.

"Indeed, it’s starting to feel more like ho," Lu Ke said, placing the pottery bowls and steel pot from the ground onto the table, imdiately putting it to use.

Xu Yi nodded and then touched his shaved head.

It’s cooling down.

"The wind’s picking up, looks like it’s going to rain. You should go wash your face and brush your teeth; I’ll bring so charcoal into the house," Xu Yi said to Lu Ke, then picked up the Engineer Shovel to move charcoal inside.

As Xu Yi predicted, it started to rain in less than half an hour.

Inside the house, a fire was lit.

Xu Yi had stored so firewood in the house.

Since it was only nine o’clock, it was too early to sleep. Xu Yi wanted to continue carving the second hunting bow.

As for Lu Ke, she took out so pre-cut cotton fabric.

"What are you making?" Xu Yi asked, feeling like Lu Ke was about to sew clothes.

"Making vests. There’s quite a bit of cotton fabric, so I’m making us each a vest," Lu Ke said, displaying it to him.

"You can even make vests, impressive," Xu Yi said, quite surprised.

Lu Ke smiled slightly and took out so cotton thread to start sewing.

Outside, the rain pattered, and the sea wind howled.

Though the house had so drafts, overall, it was quite warm.

"We’ll need to build the greenhouse quickly. Otherwise, it’ll be troubleso if it rains often," Xu Yi said, looking worriedly towards the door.

"I hope the rain doesn’t last long," Lu Ke glanced at Xu Yi, then looked away.

Fortunately, she had brought so smoked mutton back inside this afternoon; otherwise, they’d have to retrieve and smoke it in the rain again.

"It normally shouldn’t, being at sea, the wind is strong, so the clouds move away fast," Xu Yi said, carving the hunting bow as he spoke.

The two chatted away while working, and ti flew by.

"Ha..." Lu Ke yawned, then bit off a piece of cotton thread.

"Here, it’s done. Try it on," she said, handing the vest to Xu Yi.

Xu Yi put down his dagger, took the vest, and said, "That was quick."

So Xu Yi imdiately took off his jacket.

"Wow, Xu Yi, you have abs now!" Lu Ke exclaid in surprise upon seeing Xu Yi’s torso.

After all, 14 days ago, Xu Yi was still a chubby guy with a little belly.

"They’re not really abs, just one piece," Xu Yi said, touching his abdon, feeling a bit embarrassed.

"Oh no, my Loli Ke is done for, she just said Xu Yi has abs now, what are they doing?"

"Ahhh, I’m so anxious not being able to see inside the house!"

"Oh my God, is our Loli Ke going to fall for him?"

"What nonsense, all Loli Ke did was make a vest for Xu Yi to try on, it’s like you’re implying sothing happened, which tarnishes Loli Ke’s reputation."

"Exactly, don’t talk nonsense; Loli Ke and Xu Yi are quite innocent."

"Hey, everyone wake up, who’s there to stop them from being together?"

"..."
