There were things that give him a lot of impact in his heart and soul and things that he could learn, and things that he could avoid
And it is of course impossible for him to retain every one of these mories. His head would explode if he tries to rember every encounter, every stories and every person he t in this trillion of years journey, of watching the human history from the ti of the dinosaurs to the Fall.
All of this is for him to understand cause and effect of his own life.
To understand the cause and effect of Earth itself. And why it was chosen as the last battlefield.
A land that is blessed so much it felt like it was cursed
But there are so mories that Azief did not seal. The one that gave him the most impact, the one that made him think that he should rember this and ponder upon it, those kind of mories was not sealed by him
Instead, now, that he is out from that ti fragnt, he is thinking about those mories and trying to digest it and understand it
The things he had learned today, must be organized in his mind. Even a thousand years would not be enough for him to digest all of this information.
If he could do what Odin did, create a ti pocket where he could watch all of these mories but instead of that, create a ti pocket where he could just stay there and digest all of this information without any external or internal interference, that would save him a lot of ti
Azief is quiet sure Odin would have such thod.
Because if he could create such ti pocket to store all of this mories ti fragnt, he surely could do what Azief want
But he did not yet reach that realm.
He could just take it step by step.
"It is hard to do it" he thought to himself.
The reason why he always felt that he needed to take a shortcut is none other because he knows what is in store for his future.
He could guess a lot from what Wargod told him, from what Sun Wukong and Odin told him. He could not confirm it.
Because he didn’t want to believe it. But now after spending ti in the mories fragnt of ti and see so many struggles , he decided to accept it
But when he accept it, he also beco anxious. It is not easy to break this fate.
He is not giving up though.
Because if he gives up now, he already lost. Until the last mont arrived, who wins and who loses still could not be determined.
Azief believe that. He did not only wanted to believe it, he wanted to turn this belief into reality.
Gather all the allies he can, eliminate and neutralize all enemies and then fight the final battle!
That is his objective now.
Odin shows him who could be his allies, who is his enemies, who is worth befriending, and who he should avoid.
This might be even more useful than the hair of Sun Wukong. Sun Wukong gives him a weapon; Odin gives him knowledge. And knowledge is power itself
Azief close his eyes for that mont and he smiles
All the mories in his mind before flashes through his mind like so kind of highlight movie reels.
He smiles because now that he had found a path for him to walk on, a path to moving forward, his heart feel light and the burden on his shoulders is slightly alleviated
Odin who is standing beside Azief just look at this mortal child and sigh
"The road ahead would be hard" he thought to himself.
Then Azief opens up his eyes.
Looking at Odin he ask
"Are we done?"
Odin laughed
"We are done with the magic stuff. Now, there are so things I need to remind you. And give you so advice"
"Please"
"What about your Essence?"
Azief thought for a mont closes his eyes, senses his two Essence and nodded. Opening back his eyes, he look at Odin and answer it with certainty
"only one more step"
Odin nodded
"you should know, that your Essence accumulation and the way your Essence works, is not the orthodox way. Not the way, the system intended it to be. Because you veered off from the system. And as you should have already realized, only those who veered off from the system could walk a path of their own"
Azief nodded
He understood this a long ti ago.
The system that the humans on Earth uses is nothing more than a variation of the Nervian race thod of cultivation.
Using system to quantify everything.
The All Source just uses the system to track progress and to motivate while at the sa ti making the laws of Earth richer and fuller with energies
Creating a balance
Azief understood this. He also understood that the only way you could beco strong is to break the system itself. Azief once worried that his status window could no longer be seen might an sothing bad
His status window was like a cracked window of a car and all the writings could not be read
It wasn’t until later that Azief reached the conclusion, that only when you break the system, you are free from its restriction.
From the mont Azief lded with the Heavenly Will of Earth, the system slowly loosen its control over him
The stronger you are, the weaker the hold of the system on you.
"Don’t break through" Odin suddenly said. Azief frowned
"What do you an?"
"Not on Earth"
Azief did not say anything but wait for Odin to explain it to him. Because he did not understand
"you follow the path of the Etherna. If you break through the Essence Creation you reach Sovereign realm. Sovereign realm is the highest realm. But it has stages. First, you transform the body, then you transform the mind. And lastly you transform the soul. The reason why I am telling you this is because you are only one step away from breaking through to Sovereign realm"
"if you try to breakthrough and you feel like the punishnt and tribulation would kill you, you could halt it and stay as a Half Step Sovereign
"But you...you could not. This is a taboo thod. And taboo thod brings a lot of punishnt. This would be unlike any other tribulation. When you wanted to breakthrough, you choose the place. And choose it wisely"
"Choose a barren star system?"
Azie always knows how destructive tribulations could be. But surprisingly Odin shook his head
"No, not a barren star system. Instead, choose Earth. Go to one of the planets near Earth and breakthrough there"
Azief frowned. Then doesn’t that an Earth would be destroyed...just by my tribulation alone?"
Odin smiles and said
"It won’t. Instead, I think you would et soone
Azief frowned for a mont
He did not understand a word that Odin is saying. And Odin could see it. He chuckles
"I want you to trust "
"When it is ti for you to reach that realm, when you think the breakthrough is imminent, return to Earth. Pick any of the planets near Earth and stay there. And breakthrough there. At that ti, the Omniverse would send its worse against you"
Azief look at Odin full of confusion
"You want the Omniverse to sent its worse to . Wouldn’t that make Earth get destroyed?"
Azief did not understand what Odin is trying to do. But it is clear from Odin intention before that Odin is really thinking of him
If so, this suggestion doesn’t make sense at all
For a mont Odin went silent for a mont.
He close his eyes and then opening it back. Then he said
"I want you to listen to what I will say, really carefully. Because I am going to say all of this only once"
Azief nodded
"Before, you already know how hard it is for soone who walk the path of perfection to break through"
Azief nodded again.
Based on his experience, the kind of punishnt that he would get for breaking through is on a whole other level compared to other people
Odin continue his words
"And I think you understand why. It is because the road you are on. The road of perfection is taboo. Because perfection belongs to the Etherna and Etherna is taboo, hence the thod itself beco taboo. That is what it ans to be a cursed race. The entire existence reject you and your path"
Odin paused for a mont, letting Azief digesting the words
And then he continued
"The more you persist, the more punishnt that the world would give you. At first, only the world is against you. The elents, the laws and rules of the world trying to eliminate you"
Azief nodded
In the beginning, the asure of punishnt is still sothing that he could easily handle
"Then you break through again, still did not listen to the warning, still seeking perfection, so the universal law co bearing down on you"
