The launch ceremony press conference for the C.Y project.
The C.Y launch ceremony invited all the real estate developers in the industry, among them the most notable were the leading real estate enterprises in City C: Era and the Quinn Clan, as well as Summit International. The rest of the real estate companies with any na recognition had basically all shown up too.
Last ti C.Y lost the bidding cooperation with Waltham because of the quotation issue, but later, because Dawn Sutherland personally went to talk with the president of Waltham Corporation, he successfully landed this big deal after all.
Today was the launch press conference for the cooperation project between C.Y and Waltham, with dia and reporters all present, everything in place.
Era’s president Arlo Seys, the Quinn Clan’s president Adonis Quinn, the Haynes Clan’s heir Nico Haynes, and the executive vice president for Greater China of Summit International had all turned up for this launch ceremony; the scene was lively and grand.
Dawn Sutherland lifted his left wrist to check his exquisite watch, his gaze a little deep. "Sam Brown, who is representing the Grant Clan?"
Sam Brown took two steps forward and replied, "The representatives from the Grant Clan are two shareholders: the current acting CEO, Ricky Brooke, and a newly appointed vice president."

Dawn Sutherland felt a wave of disappointnt. Being able to sign the cooperation with Waltham was an important turning point for C.Y. At the mont of his success, she wasn’t there to witness it. The light in Dawn Sutherland’s eyes dimd bit by bit.
But the fact that Ricky Brooke could rush back to attend this ceremony proved that at least she was fine, otherwise Ricky Brooke wouldn’t have felt at ease leaving her alone and rushing back to City C.

"President Sutherland, it’s ti." Sam Brown reminded him.
Dawn Sutherland straightened his suit, held himself upright, and walked toward the venue of the press conference, carrying a touch of elegance. His expression was calm, only his eyes veined with bloodshot from not resting these past two days.
The doors of the venue opened, and Dawn Sutherland, sharp in his suit, walked straight onto the stage. All the guests and mbers of the dia turned their gaze onto today’s main protagonist, Dawn Sutherland.
Dawn Sutherland stood at the podium, facing the microphone. His gaze swept across the entire hall, growing even dimr.

Daisy, do you have any idea how much I wish you were here at this mont?
Dawn Sutherland’s thin lips were only a few centiters from the microphone. His deep eyes looked down at the crowd below, and his low voice echoed throughout the entire venue.
"Thank you all for coming to attend the project launch ceremony for the cooperation between our C.Y and Waltham Corporation. I believe this decision and this cooperation are extrely important, whether for C.Y or for Waltham, and I also believe both sides will have a very pleasant partnership.

The PR departnt and think tank of C.Y almost rushed up onto the stage when they heard what he said, wanting to drag their boss down and give him a thorough shelling, but they were forcibly held back by Sam Brown.
"Calm down! Let President Sutherland finish!" Sam Brown snapped coldly.
Sam Brown held back the people from PR and the think tank, while everyone in the venue stared at Dawn Sutherland, unable to believe he would say such a thing.
Dawn Sutherland ignored everyone’s emotional reactions and astonished looks. His gaze deepened, and his calm voice continued to ring out.
"I’m scum because I owe a girl a debt I won’t be able to repay in this lifeti."
