Arlo Seys was in the middle of a eting with departnt heads at Era when he received a call. As soon as Ariel Morris called, Arlo interrupted the eting. Hearing about the child, he couldn’t contain his excitent and imdiately stood up, striding quickly towards the exit.
"President Seys, the eting isn’t over yet..." Callan Walkers, his special assistant, anxiously reminded him.
Arlo walked away without looking back, saying only two words, "eting adjourned!"

Adjourning a eting halfway through? This was sothing President Seys, who was always serious about work, had never done before!
All eyes turned to Callan, the special assistant.
Callan organized his docunts, stood up, and shrugged, "Get used to it. This might happen from ti to ti in the future. Our President is now a wife-slave and soon to be a kid-slave. With both wife and kids to worry about, who has ti for etings? Let’s adjourn, and whatever you do, don’t follow President Seys’ example. Being whipped is terrifying!!"
The HR manager patted Callan’s shoulder, pointing at the eting room’s cara, "That was caught on cara. I’m going to report you to President Seys for saying he’s whipped. Good luck, assistant!"
Callan laughed brightly, "No worries, my backer is the president’s wife. Our President is happy to be called whipped! Don’t believe ? Just wait and see how our President turns things upside down in the future!"
Callan straightened his suit and walked out of the eting room.

Ariel Morris walked out of the hospital with Nicole, both chatting and laughing happily.
"Morris... Ariel." A sowhat weary voice called out from ahead.
Ariel Morris couldn’t see, but she recognized the voice of Benny Saxton, her biological father with whom she shared blood ties but no emotional connection.
Benny Saxton approached with a nervous look on his face and a tense voice, "Haven’t seen you in days, how have you been?"
Benny regretted asking imdiately. The news of Young Madam Seys returning to the Seys Family was widespread; he had heard about it. Everyone was talking about how the Seys Family doted on this daughter-in-law, and Ariel Morris beca the envy of all won.
Ariel Morris responded with a flat "I’ve been good. Do you have anything to say?"
Benny Saxton looked at the indifferent Ariel, feeling a pang of suffocation, yet he still replied calmly, "No... Kylie was hospitalized, and I ca to accompany her. I’ve heard that the Seys Family treats you well, and you are doing well. That’s good. Ariel, live a good life with Arlo Seys. He truly loves you. Marrying into the Seys Family in this lifeti is your fortune. Cherish your happiness."
Ariel stood motionless, listening to Benny’s words without any response or emotion.
A smile tugged at Benny Saxton’s aged face as his gaze shifted to Ariel’s rounded belly, and he spoke with deep emotion and gentleness, "Is the child developing well? Have you recovered from your illness?"
"What exactly do you want?" Ariel cut off Benny’s continuous talking with a faint tone.
Benny’s voice stopped abruptly, and he looked at Ariel with so embarrassnt, "Nothing. I just wanted to ask, are you and your brother doing well recently?"
A cold smile appeared on Ariel’s lips, "Benny Saxton, have you ever cared how my brother and I have lived all these years? When we needed you the most as kids, where were you? And now you ask us how we are, do you not feel like you’re being redundant? I am fine, not having died from the Morris Family’s sches or their concealed harm. And I am happy now. I have my brother, Arlo, and the whole Seys Family. I am incredibly happy now."
Ariel’s sarcastic words made Benny’s face flush red, then pale, changing back and forth. After a mont of silence, Benny finally spoke with a voice full of sadness, "As long as you’re good. Take good care of yourself, Ariel. Is your brother well?"
