Just as she was about to take the first step down the stairs, Di Mingzhe suddenly moved.
He could never bear to see her completely leave his world!
He moved quickly, with large strides, his actions agile. Before she could even take a step down the stairs, he abruptly grasped her hand.
Without reason, he forcefully pulled her back, preventing her escape.
This sudden action shocked Di Xiaxia, but she knew the person had to be Di Mingzhe, for at this mont, there was no one else.
Pushing away the surprise on her face, Di Xiaxia unexpectedly gained so calm and asked, "What do you an?"
As soon as her words fell, Di Xiaxia’s eyes widened. Her mind suddenly went blank, unable to think.
Because Di Mingzhe abruptly lifted her face and fiercely kissed her!
Di Xiaxia was in disarray. After reorienting herself, various complicated emotions suddenly inundated her.

Her intense struggle seed to agitate Di Mingzhe sowhat.
He appeared angry, yet also impatient.
Di Xiaxia resisted with all her might, yet her hands were firmly locked behind her by him.
For so reason, tears pooled in Di Xiaxia’s eyes. She yearned for Mingzhe to like her, to never be so relentless, and yet she was wrong.
Perhaps to Di Mingzhe, she really ant nothing.
A warm tear slid down, tracing her cheek and landing on Di Mingzhe’s face.
He jerked up in response, as if subconsciously letting her go.
"Xiaxia..." The two words sounded as if they were forcibly squeezed from his throat!
For so reason, a pain suddenly flashed across Di Xiaxia’s chest. Before she could react, Di Mingzhe let her go completely.
He looked at her, at the tears on her face, his eyes filled with shock, suspicion, and disbelief.
Emotions coalesced into a burst of anger in a matter of seconds. He abruptly lifted his hand, as if to let her go, and said coldly, "You can go."
However, Di Xiaxia did not respond, instead, a terrified scream suddenly erupted from her mouth.
She was not standing steadily to begin with, and was at the top of the stairs. Di Mingzhe’s move made her lose her balance. She leaned backwards without any control and fell down the stairs.
"Xiaxia!" Di Mingzhe reached out in a futile attempt to grab her.
In the instant she was falling, Di Xiaxia howled angrily, "Di Mingzhe, screw you!"
Imdiately afterwards, she landed on the stairs, rolling down step by step due to gravity.
She felt her head, hands, feet, and face all getting hit and bruised.
Finally, after a tumble and feeling dizzy, she ca to a safe stop on the ground.
She lay on the ground, her vision sowhat blurry. Di Mingzhe hurried down the stairs, so hastily that he nearly fell too.
