"...Whew."
"That was a lot easier than I thought."
Letting out a sigh of relief as he deactivated his movent skill, a faint smile appeared on Ataraxia’s face as he thought about how much progress he’d made in the past year.
Having spent half a year inside the barrier comprehending his own interpretation on the Force of Raging Tempests, it went without saying that he had done the sa once he decided to move onto the Force of Tranquil Winds.
However, it wasn’t as if he had spent the entire year inside the barrier purely comprehending the two concepts.
Knowing that he still had to take things in moderation while working on a single task, the young man would leave the barrier every once in a while, chatting with Aeramis as he discussed a sizable number of topics with the man to pass the ti.
Then again, he also took so of those tis to leave Greater Beyond for a brief mont, getting so proper rest after engrossing himself on the nomological truths of universe for days on end.
After all, even though his fusion with Valyr had given him the ability to stay within the ga for at least thrice as long as normal players, he still had to listen to his bodily needs, which he dared not neglect for obvious reasons.
Nevertheless, the young man also took the opportunities he left the ga to chat with Thomas and the others, asking them for updates regarding Greater Beyond in general, as well as how the guild was faring during the months he was gone.
Surprisingly, he found out from Thomas that by the ti he had begun to tackle the Force of Raging Tempests, almost all of the other people that entered the inheritance the sa ti as him had left, all of them gaining a decent chunk of rewards for their efforts.
Hearing that almost 80% of those that tagged along with him had chosen to trek the path of Soaring Skies instead of Whispering Winds, a brief shudder washed through him as he listened to the group talk about the aftermath of their return to the guild.
Of course, to no surprise, the fact that their movent and combat abilities had been substantially improved after exiting the inheritance had left the other guild mbers at a loss for words, with so of them even regretting the fact that they didn’t volunteer.
In response, Thomas and the others announced that access to the inheritance would be limited only to those who had accumulated a certain amount of rit points, which Ataraxia did not have any problem with.
After all, there was only so many people the inheritance could handle.
And thus, with the spirits of the other guild mbers renewed thanks to their announcent, the Azure Coalition made itself known throughout Greater Beyond once more, with Thomas and the other core mbers of the guild leading the fray as they showcased their newly improved combat abilities.
Unsurprisingly, most of the players that ca across them stopped in their tracks for a bit to record them fighting, whether it was to hone their own combat styles or to post it on the player forums.
Then again, whatever choice those players made, the reputation of the Azure Coalition began to grow once more, with many unranked and weaker third-tier guilds wishing to ally with the guild because of their superb ability.
Of course, since there existed those who wished to grab onto the leg of a future behemoth, there who also those who were envious of the guild’s newfound strength, utilizing various ways to obtain information regarding the sudden boost in the guild mbers’ combat capabilities.
Fortunately, with Thomas and the others working together with most of the guild, they were able to restrict as much of the information regarding the source as much as possible.
In fact, even after Ataraxia had finished spending half a year comprehending the Force of Tranquil Winds, only vague rumors and small hints regarding the topic popped up in the forums every once in a while.
"...Kind of surprising we’re still able to keep a tight lid on that," murmured the young man to himself, the gears in his mind turning as he pondered over the sensation that enveloped his body for a bit.
At the sa ti, he thought about the improvents his other self had made while helping him comprehend the two concepts at greater speeds.
Naturally, with the ti difference that existed between him and Valyr, it was no surprise that the latter was a tad slower than him when it ca to comprehending the Forces.
However, it was not because of the difference in how fast they sent information to one another. Considering that ti was moving three tis faster for Ataraxia, it ant that Valyr could potentially learn the two concepts three tis faster than him.
Instead, it was because of the existence of the pedestals themselves, which he eventually deduced was subtly reinforcing his mories regarding them after the infusion.
Seeing as he would have to send the necessary information to Valyr in order to further deepen his comprehension of the concepts, it went without saying that the young man’s interpretation of the two concepts was not up to par to what Ataraxia had achieved.
But then again, with the pedestals being one of the incredibly rare opportunities anyone below Rank 5 would have to co close to an actual Force, it made sense that the two of them made the most out of it.
"While my Intent of Raging Tempests is at 1st Grade, his version of the Intent is at 4th Grade," murmured Ataraxia to himself, closing his eyes for a bit as he refined the circuit he had made for one of his chosen skills.
"As for the Intent of Tranquil Winds, it’s a bit more even where mine is at 4th Grade, while his is at 5th Grade."
"I suppose both Valyr and I would be able to push the two concepts to 1st Grade Intents once I consu all three attempts." As these words left the young man’s mouth, a faint smile began to adorn his face.
"Then again, considering how much progress I’ve made in comprehending the [Art of Greater Montum], I suppose it won’t be long before I master those skills as well."
Feeling a hint of pride and satisfaction at the progress he had made, the young man decided to leave the barrier for a bit, briefly thinking about how much ti he had spent in the barrier since his last departure.
Though, just as he planned to log out of Greater Beyond the mont he left, he noticed that Aeramis was looking at him in utter disbelief.
