"We won’t die."
Freyja’s eyes sparkled, her voice still booming, "This will not be our end."
But Hanna and Siflin were both tired. The three-day and three-night chase could be summarized in a single sentence, but it involved hundreds of life-and-death crises, dozens of attempts, and ti and again, their hopes were dashed.
Facing a massive army was not sothing anyone dared to do alone.
Even those with strong wills like them couldn’t help but have the negative thought, ’tired, let it all be destroyed’. So, they couldn’t help but wonder when they saw iwa keeping her spirits high all the ti—where did her confidence co from?
"Because Ash is a very powerful person."
Freyja turned to them, "He could leave behind the Floating Boat, he could leave behind this car, he could share his life with through his diary... he will definitely beco a very powerful person in the future."
"He is so powerful, but why is it that my connection with him is so close?" she said confidently. "There’s only one possibility—"
"I will beco a person even more powerful than him!"
"My life will not be wasted in this place."
Both blinked, stunned by iwa’s mysteriously confident train of thought. Weren’t iwa typically smart and adept at the Spirit Faction? Why was this iwa’s brain not working so well, was it an individual issue or was it because she was influenced by Ash?
Siflin spoke calmly: "If he really cared about you, why didn’t he take you with him?"
Those words hurt them both.
"Ooh..."
Seeing iwa so downcast, Siflin felt a bit guilty, consoling, "Co on, co on, not every genuine effort is unappreciated. You’re both still so young, there must be a next ti, and many more opportunities to co!"
"Do Blood Moon comfort people in such an unusual way?" Hanna asked. "However, although we benefit a lot from Ash’s gifts, there are so many ways to repay him, Freyja, you don’t need to put all your heart on him, right?"
"Hmph, Ash is the best!" iwa looked at the two unhappily, "The next ti we et, don’t fall for him!"
It didn’t bother Siflin, but Hanna subconsciously looked away, touching her new earring—she was not sure if Ash would write about the little incidents they had in his diary...
At that mont, Hanna saw a building with a garden in the distance and asked, "What is that?"
Siflin glanced at the navigation map, slightly startled, "A question mark building, not marked."
Question mark buildings were those that the Heroic Soul Army had found before but could not identify from the outside. They had attempted to hide in Void Realm buildings before. While knowledge creatures indeed couldn’t enter, Heroic Soul Commanders and Mages used the sa biological template and could continue the chase inside the Void Realm buildings.
This building was the last one, beyond which was the end of ti, continuing forward would transcend into the Static Domain past the White Bull. But hiding in a Void Realm building and facing dozens of Heroic Soul Commanders would still be easier than facing the entire Heroic Soul Army.
Thus, Freyja drove straight into the garden, then hurried out of the car into the house.
The Heroic Soul Army imdiately sward and surrounded the garden, then commanders tried to enter but were blocked outside.
Soon, the ’Empress’ Denzel riding the Eight-eyed Weaving Spider arrived in front of the garden. She jumped down, disengaging her ard troops which made her look no different from an ordinary Mage. However, when she reached out to push the gate, her fingers touched an invisible air wall, causing ripples to spread.
Denzel’s expression turned extrely ugly, she turned to look at the commanders of other factions and shook her head saying,
"There’s no way, it’s the Drama Poet."
