The mont Hamr launched the strike, he imdiately retreated backward at high speed, afraid of getting caught in the blast himself.

The blue dragon shot skyward, his body covered in wounds.
Massive tears fell from the sky and splashed across the sea below.
He cried.
Just like Lance predicted, Kaido actually cried.
