Married For Now Chapter 23: A LIFE-CHANGING DECISION

KIM HEEDO felt guilty after watching the video where Park Sohee broke up with his then-boyfriend.

And now he felt even worse since his friends also saw it.

I knew we shouldn’t have watched this.

Now Heedo was no different from Park Sohee’s ex-boyfriend who embarrassed Park Sohee in front of his friends.

"No, that sunbae wasn’t the one who posted that stupid article. But he’s close to the culprit," Hong Sera said, pointing at the phone that was still in Heedo’s hand. "Check the gallery, Heedo-ya. I took a screenshot of their chat room since I knew they would try to erase their conversation history after I "borrowed" that sunbae’s phone."

"I’m not sure if I should," Heedo said awkwardly. "Sohee Hyung would be so embarrassed if he found out I know this much about his past."

"I know, and I get where you’re coming from," Hong Sera said, but her voice remained insistent. "But you should still check it, Heedo-ya. That sunbae would have posted those pictures of Park Sohee Oppa had I not caught them."

Pictures?

Heedo caved in and checked the phone’s gallery.

Those fuckers...!

The pictures that Hong Sera ntioned were pictures of Park Sohee in bad condition.

It looks like Hyung was beaten up...

Heedo understood the context when he read the conversation below the pictures.

Heedo clenched his teeth, gripping the phone in his hand as if he wanted to break it. "Sera-ya, have you found out who this ’Jin-ie’ is? He seems to be the culprit."

"Yes, but my subordinates are still gathering evidence to prove that he’s the one who posted the libelous article about Park Sohee Oppa," Hong Sera said. "Would you like to send the docunts to you?"

Heedo hesitated for a mont, until Yang Jaewon opened his mouth.

"Yah, I think you really have to be involved now, Heedo-ya," Yang Jaewon said, showing his phone to them. The newly posted article on the university’s community board was open in a tab. "This is Shin Kang Ahjussi, right?"

Those photos were photos of Park Sohee and Shin Kang.

It seed like the pictures were taken when Shin Kang delivered so items to Park Sohee, but it could be easily misinterpreted.

And that was exactly what happened in the comnt section.

I’m glad that Mr. Shin’s photos are blurred, but he’s being mistaken as Sohee Hyung’s "sugar daddy."

Unbelievable.

"Are we really in college?" Heedo asked sarcastically. "Why are these people acting worse than middle schoolers?"

"They probably think Park Sohee is an easy target because he’s poor," Yang Jaewon said, shrugging. "You know how much of a classist and elitist most of the students here are. They did the sa to our Sera before they found out that she’s the heiress of Daesung Group."

And the students who bullied Hong Sera back then were expelled.

"Heedo-ya, you have to make a decision quickly," Kwon Gaon said, his eyes glued to the phone. And then he showed a certain comnt under the now-viral post. "Look. The uploader just posted Mr. Shin’s uncensored picture."

Those fuckers really want to die.

"Don’t kill them," Hong Sera scolded Heedo when she noticed the murderous look on Heedo’s face. "Let’s just sue them all!"

A chaebol suing his classmates for "re" gossip would only get them a backlash.

But it’s a good threat.

"Alright," Heedo said, clenching his hands tight. "I’m going to Sohee Hyung."

BEFORE HEEDO headed to Park Sohee’s lecture hall, he made a phone call first.

Fortunately, this ti, Lee Junsu didn’t ignore his call.

Heedo thought he would get hurt as much as he did in the past.

But it was as if his heart had already gone cold because of how many tis Lee Junsu had broken it already.

Hence, he just felt numb.

"Lee Junsu, do you really not love anymore?"

"Then why are you dating that guy?"

Okay, the last bit hurt.

Haaah.

"You’re being unfair, Lee Junsu," Heedo said, clutching his chest tight because his heart was starting to ache again. "You know that’s not sothing I can control."

And Lee Junsu ended the call just like that.

Heedo could only sigh and shake his head.

Lee Junsu doesn’t care about anymore, so might as well just save Sohee Hyung by revealing our marriage to the public.
