Only after tasting the copper on my tongue did I understand that I was biting my lips too hard.

How could I not be distressed after seeing what was happening, that 'thing' was causing destruction and crushing people like bugs.

It already had taken down the military reinforcent if evident by the broken remains of tanks and armored vehicles.

If missiles and armor piercing rounds couldn't do anything against this abomination then what can stop it ?

But despite this he went out there to save people and was brutalized.

By just gazing at the carnage and destruction I could see how hopeless it was.

This thing was too fast , too durable, and too strong.

But despite all of this he was still standing, fighting, exchanging blow after blow while his body could barely keep up.

Locked up in this place I knew I was safe as long as I didn't go out , whatever was going outside didn't concern .

And it would have been that way if I didn't know what was happening and If I didn't see him.

I'm deathly afraid of that thing as I didn't believe I could stop it.

But I was even more afraid that he would die if things went on like this….

*3rd Person*

*Bam!* *Bam!* *Bam!*..... *Bam!*

"Hahahaha! I was waiting for Hulk but I guess you'll do as a warm up~ " Abomination laughed manically as he took a punch to the chest that did absolutely nothing but make him feel a sting.

With each punch Noir siphoned a bit of Abomination's strength through Rogue's mutation which he had copied.

But it was far from enough as his body was already falling apart and the only reason he was even alive was the system keeping him alive.

Noir didn't back down even after taking punches that could demolish buildings , his mind was hazy and his body was in pain … but he wouldn't back down….

*Unknown POV*

I can do it , I don't need to fight , I just need to catch him with my webs and run away.

My whole body was shaking from the nerves but I have to do this. I know I could still swing back to my bunker in a couple of minutes but my body refused to obey my scared and rational mind.

I needed to save him , if I didn't do it then he would die.

That brute won't be able to catch us as long as I run away fast… I sure hope so….

'Calm down Cindy ....easy … just snatch him with your webs and swing away… don't ss this up you only have one shot!' I gave myself a pep talk as loud sounds like a cannon blasts echoed and I could see a small figure fighting against a considerably larger figure as I could instantly see that Noir was in a disadvantage.

I didn't think twice before shooting my webs at Noir to catch him.

'Yes!'

I got him..

"H-Huh?" I heard him exclaim in a broken tone as I could feel how spent he was from his voice and it made my heart clench…..

Buildings were passing by us at a fast pace as I was using my everything to swing at a rapid pace.

"I'm Silk by the way ~ "

I didn't know why I felt the need to introduce myself but I just did it and my shaking body was evidence of my current mood despite the calm deanor I was trying to portray.

" N-Noir" He introduced himself back, and it made chuckle a bit.

"I know dummy , I watch your streams after all~ "

'The fu-'

I had to angle myself slightly to dodge the rock that narrowly missed us as it passed by us.

I looked back for a bit and I hoped I hadn't, as I saw that thing chasing us at a fast pace making wonder how the heck sothing so big could move so fast.

But my thoughts were cut short as I had to focus on dodging projectiles while holding onto Noir as the relentless barrage of cars , rocks , tal poles and signs continued.

But nothing was permanent as I slipped up a bit and took a full force car to my back sending both of us crashing to the ground.

And before I knew it that monster was upon us , with my senses and reflexes I could easily dodge and most likely escape but I would have to leave Noir.

So I just made the dumbest decision of my life … but strangely I was not feeling an ounce of regret….

*3rd Person*

" R-Run! " Noir gasped out as his mask had already torn up revealing his face which was luckily not visible from afar.

He gazed at the person who had co to help him lay on top of him as she had tanked hits from Abomination to protect him. She seed to have similar powers to Gwen and Spiderwoman but Noir knew it was far from enough.

" I can't do that…" She whispered in a painful tone as blood was already leaking from the corner of her lips due to internal injuries.

" I'm glad that I got to watch you…" She smiled at him in relief as her arms trembled due to the strain but Abomination had enough playing around as he grasped the new pesky intruder by the leg and smacked her onto the asphalt before throwing her aside like he did with Spiderwoman.

"N-No! " Noir wanted to shout but all he could do was powerlessly lay there as he watched Silk being brutally taken down.

"That was fun~" Abomination grinned maliciously as he took a few steps back and rushed over to deliver bone shattering kick to Noir who shot off like a cannon ball destroying Debris

Adrian is a bit delirious from all the blood loss thus he is a bit sluggish…🦭
