Matthew's figure suddenly shot straight into the clouds, and everyone subconsciously looked up to follow his trail.

They saw Matthew leap a hundred ters into the air. As his silhouette began to descend slowly, he suddenly kicked out forcefully in mid-air.

Boom!

A shockwave exploded beneath his feet. The powerful recoil halted his fall and propelled him upward again. He continued to step on the air in succession, using the force generated by his leg strength to create repeated bursts of montum, allowing him to move and fly at high speed in midair.

He could even use the force from spinning his body to change direction mid-flight, rebounding at different angles.

"This is Moonwalk (Geppo). It's a high-altitude movent technique that requires extrely powerful leg strength and precise control."

After the demonstration, Matthew landed on the ground.

Next, he demonstrated Finger Pistol (Shigan), Paper Art (Kami-e), and Tempest Kick (Rankyaku).

The terrifying single-target piercing power of Finger Pistol was like a bolt of lightning, easily penetrating a slab of steel that had been brought to the training ground, leaving a hole the width of a finger clean through it.

The visual effect of Tempest Kick was the most staggering.

Matthew swung a leg upward from below, creating a vacuum gale through high-speed kicking that generated a sharp air blade. It swept across the ground, traveling hundreds of ters to slice a boulder clean in half.

Then there was Paper Art. He relaxed every bit of strength in his body, making it as light and thin as a sheet of paper, even swaying in the breeze mid-air in a way that looked strangely comical.

However, neither Reacher nor anyone else felt like laughing.

Because they all knew that if it was classified by their leader as one of the Six Powers—techniques that surpassed human physical limits—then Paper Art had to be extrely important.

Just listen to Matthew's explanation:

By sensing the airflow changes caused by an opponent's movents, one can effortlessly control their body and evade incoming attacks at the very last mont.

It sounded simple, but the more they thought about it, the more terrifying the technique beca.

And when examining the core of that explanation, they realized just how extraordinary one's control over their own body would have to be to achieve such "effortless" movent.

Having already injected the serum, their mory had reached the level of near-perfect recall.

morizing these techniques was not difficult.

The real challenge ca when they tried to analyze and comprehend them—only to find they couldn't do it at all.

Their physiques were already powerful, yet none of them could execute any of the techniques.

Because their bodies still weren't strong enough—far from it.

This was the conclusion they reached after attempting to imitate the techniques based on their initial understanding.

And it was at that mont that they realized, with a chill, just how monstrous their leader's physical strength must be to use these techniques so effortlessly.

"These are the martial arts I will teach you. But before you can master the Six Powers, you will undergo the most rigorous training."

After finishing the demonstration, Matthew wasn't even slightly out of breath.

The purpose of demonstrating the Six Powers was to show them the final result of their training. Only being able to use these techniques would prove that their training was effective. With a clear goal in place, they could asure their progress and stay motivated.

As the saying goes, people lack a constantly updating virtual progress panel.

If such a thing existed, everyone would beco obsessively driven.

After all, being able to clearly see one's progress would feel like playing a life-growth ga—it would be addictive.

Then, following Matthew's command, a logistics vehicle drove over.

"Go and receive your weighted equipnt. These are crafted from an osmium-iridium alloy, one of the densest materials in the world. It includes plates for the chest, back, shoulders, arms, and legs. The base weight is 510 kilograms."

"You must wear them at all tis. After that, the weight of this equipnt will be increased step by step."

Iridium-osmium alloy is one of the densest alloys in nature—extrely hard, highly dense, corrosion-resistant, and with an exceptionally high lting point. It is generally used in high-end instrunt bearings, fountain pen tips, and specialized industrial components.

Its global production is very limited.

Its price is typically ten to twenty tis that of gold.

But money ant nothing.

To Matthew, the soldiers in front of him were far more valuable.

After hearing his order, Reacher and the others stepped forward one by one to receive their equipnt and put it on. The tal gear was difficult to wear.

It was a full set: helt, weighted vest, chest plate, backplate, two shoulder plates, upper arm guards, forearm guards, thigh and calf armor, weighted boots, weighted gauntlets, and more.

It was as heavy and thick as wearing a suit of heavy plate armor. Even for super soldiers, wearing this entire set felt incredibly taxing.

"Reacher, follow the training plan we set earlier. Starting now, you'll take the lead. Regardless of gender, your training process and results will be the sa."

Looking at the bulky group before him, Matthew couldn't help but smile before raising his voice to give the command.

"Yes, sir."

For a mont, Reacher seed to return to his days in the military. He stood straight and responded loudly, then shouted to everyone, "Form up!"

The 1,000 mbers of the Astartes Warband and over 100 mbers of the Raven Warband quickly assembled in orderly formation.

"Now, the objective is one lap around the island. Weighted run. GO, GO, GO!"

As soon as he finished, Reacher took the lead and ran forward. Each step produced a heavy thud.

With over a thousand people running in unison, the ground itself seed to tremble.

anwhile, Matthew strolled over and sat leisurely in a parked electric transport cart not far away.

Hearing the synchronized chants echoing in the distance, he leaned back in his seat, propped his legs up on the control panel, and closed his eyes.

Was the limit of super soldiers fixed after serum injection? Matthew didn't believe so.

Perhaps the genes of ordinary people were locked, but the serum shattered that limit.

It optimized the underlying genetic code, strengthening and refining the human body. To a certain extent, super soldiers theoretically approached the realm of a "perfect human."

So why did super soldiers like Captain Arica (Steve Rogers), the Winter Soldier, and Isaiah seem to stop growing after reaching their peak? Because of their environnt—and because they lacked that concept.

In warti conditions, everyone—including the super soldiers themselves—treated themselves as weapons. At most, they trained combat skills or maintained routine exercise, but no one thought about breaking through to higher limits.

Because no one realized it.

They all took it for granted that once the serum had been injected and the transformation completed, a soldier's physical strength would remain fixed within that range forever.

At the sa ti, they lacked a systematic and reasonable training thod to continue developing super soldiers.

But Matthew, who understood this information, thought differently. It wasn't because he was smarter.

It was because he had the ability to provide the right environnt, the ti, the patience, and the thods needed to draw out their potential.

That was why every step of his plan—amassing wealth, acquiring assets, recruiting scientists—was all for the purpose of developing the serum.

Through the complete training system contained within the Six Powers, this thod of constantly pushing the human body to its limits and drawing out its potential—

It could allow super soldiers to continuously grow, even reaching the level of physical strength possessed by elite officers in the One Piece world.
