The mont the dark-purple and golden energy pillars collided, everything seed to freeze.

Only after a long mont did motion return.

There was no sound—only the massive shockwave produced by the clash of two completely different powers.

The library within the Mirror Dinsion was annihilated beneath the sweeping blast.

The replicated buildings of Kamar-Taj were completely destroyed. Flowers, trees, vegetation—everything turned to dust.

The entire mountain trembled violently. Stretching peaks were severed at the waist, and the instant they collapsed, they were crushed and blown apart by the overwhelming force.

The ground beneath Matthew cracked apart, countless fissures spreading wildly across an area thousands of ters wide.

He stood unmoving, one arm raised high as he continuously poured out energy.

His pupils were gradually dyed red.

Broken rocks and dust floated around him, dancing wildly alongside his scattered hair.

There was no fear in Matthew at this mont.

Only a single thought.

This was rely a sliver of power projected through Kaecilius.

If he couldn't even overco this, then how could he face Dormammu's true body in the future? How could he challenge higher dinsions?

Retreat?

That didn't exist for him.

From nothing to where he stood now, every step of his growth had been earned steadily through his own effort.

And he trusted in his own strength.

In fact, the power Matthew erupted with made it difficult for even Dormammu to believe.

Who was he? The supre ruler of the Dark Dinsion—a being at the level of a single universe.

Even if this was only a fragnt of his projection, it was absolutely not sothing an ordinary sorcerer could oppose.

Yet Matthew not only faced him without fear, he unleashed such terrifying power in response.

How was that possible?

Even Kaecilius—the man Dormammu had corrupted—didn't possess this level of magical mastery.

Compared to the Ancient One, Matthew naturally still fell short.

But Matthew was young.

Dormammu could clearly see just how young he was.

At such an age, possessing this level of ability…

Could it be that Kaecilius wasn't the Ancient One's chosen successor at all?

Could this brat be the real next Sorcerer Supre?

"You damned insect… damned Ancient One!"

Dormammu beca enraged.

The Ancient One was old.

He understood that very well.

For countless years, she had stood against him, constantly preventing him from descending upon Earth.

But she was still human.

Her body was too fragile.

Whether it was lifespan or the gradual deterioration caused by years of using magic, decline was inevitable.

Otherwise, why would Dormammu continue attempting to invade Earth despite knowing full well that the Ancient One existed and would stop him?

Because he had already seen the weakness.

He intended to force her into high-level confrontations over and over again—forcing her to constantly use magic and gradually consu her own life force.

Even Kaecilius, the supposed next Sorcerer Supre, had already been corrupted by him.

Given a few more years, Dormammu believed there would no longer be anyone on Earth capable of stopping him.

But unexpectedly, an even more gifted sorcerer had now appeared—one even younger.

If Matthew wasn't eliminated, wouldn't that an waiting hundreds, even thousands, more years?

Dormammu had never been a patient ruler.

Within the Dark Dinsion, he was a complete tyrant.

And now that he had "seen through" the Ancient One's sche, killing intent burst forth from him without restraint.

He was willing to burn away Kaecilius's life force just to draw out even more dark power and sever the Ancient One's hope.

RUMBLE!!

The dark-purple energy pillar—powerful enough to effortlessly destroy an entire city—expanded once again, continuously pressing against the golden pillar of energy Matthew unleashed, trying to erase him completely.

Yet instead of making Matthew retreat, it fully ignited the fighting spirit within him.

The All-Seeing Light, also known as the Seven Suns of Cinnibus.

Originally, the caster calls upon the power of the seven suns from the peaceful dinsion of Cinnibus to unleash an incredibly dazzling light capable of illuminating all darkness.

Through layers of compression and overlapping within magical arrays, its power can increase exponentially.

Among all white magic, it possessed the greatest destructive force.

This spell suited Matthew perfectly.

Though compared to the actual Seven Suns, his own energy naturally couldn't compare.

But the problem was that ordinary sorcerers couldn't sustain the power of the seven suns for long. Its power was limited, and the ntal strain was enormous.

Matthew's advantage was different.

What he used was his own energy.

It could be said that among all his techniques so far, this move possessed the greatest destructive power—whether in single-target damage or large-scale devastation.

Even his Conqueror's Haki coating couldn't compare.

Yet against a Dormammu who had truly developed killing intent, it still seed slightly lacking.

But—

This wasn't the only power he possessed.

The red light in Matthew's eyes grew brighter and brighter.

His overwhelming Haki surged, on the verge of eruption—

Then suddenly, he froze.

Because he sensed Dormammu's power rapidly weakening.

BOOM!!

The mont one side of the deadlock weakened, the result beca inevitable.

Matthew's golden beam completely overwheld Dormammu's power, forcing it backward as it shot straight into the heavens.

Blinding light dispelled the darkness.

The ocean of darkness staining the sky was swallowed by gold.

Dormammu vanished, leaving behind only a furious roar.

"Damned Ancient One!!"

The golden pillar pierced through heaven and earth, blasting a massive hole into the sky itself. Golden energy swirled into a giant vortex, creating a magnificent sight.

Fortunately, once Matthew stopped pouring energy into the attack, the golden pillar gradually narrowed, shrank, and finally disappeared.

Leaving behind only the devastated ruins within the Mirror Dinsion.

Thankfully, this had been the Mirror Dinsion.

If this had happened inside Kamar-Taj itself, whether Dormammu could even descend would have been questionable.

And even if he had managed it, Kamar-Taj's magical barriers likely would have prevented him from accomplishing much.

After all, in the future, those barriers were strong enough to even resist the corrupted Scarlet Witch.

If Wanda hadn't manipulated the sorcerers' minds with illusions and amplified their fear, breaching Kamar-Taj would have been extrely difficult even for her.

"So, how did it feel to face a powerful Dinsional Lord head-on?"

At that mont, the gentle voice of the Ancient One sounded beside Matthew.

Turning his head, he saw the Ancient One standing nearby at so unknown point, dressed in her yellow sorcerer robes with the hood raised.

Her aura was clearly sowhat unstable.

Matthew's gaze shifted from her face to her forehead.

There was a mark there—

The sa kind of mark Kaecilius bore after drawing upon dark power.

"And you're just letting see it?" Matthew asked in return.

"You are different from Wong and Kaecilius," the Ancient One replied with a shake of her head.

"They regard light and justice as faith. To them, I am the leader who protects the light. If they learned that I draw upon dark power, their faith would collapse, and Kamar-Taj would fall into turmoil."

She paused briefly.

Then she looked at Matthew and continued,

"You have no faith. Nor do you worship the light. I am not your teacher, and I will not guide you the way I guided them to establish faith."

"Your vision reaches farther, and your ntality is more mature."

The Ancient One thought of one of her disciples.

That person's stubbornness rivaled even Kaecilius's.

If not for Matthew, that disciple would also have walked toward another extre in the future.

But now, perhaps, he could still be guided properly.
