Besides understanding that different origin race mbers followed different sealing thods for elental planes, Walker was in awe of the complexity of those runes used.
They weren’t turn formations that soone crafted to follow a specific pattern. They were naturally ford runes condensed by soone with power to condense them naturally.
Simply put, making a naturally occurring rune with mana manipulation is an incredible accomplishnt. For Walker, it could be considered impossible still since he couldn’t condense this mana in this quantity.
The condensed fire runes and earth turns showed him a density that supported the manas mixing within this elental plane. It also showed the level of strength needed to condense this elental plane was at the level of potentially being able to spread their mana sense a hundred tis larger than what Walker knew he could right now.
"I’m not sure I can move this or manipulate it. These naturally ford runes keep it condensed. If I try to change things..."
Walker didn’t need to say more. Su and Rey understood what he was saying.
The potential of a sudden expansion of this fire and earth elental plane could cause them severe harm. Let alone the effects it would have on others too, it was just too risky.
This was also learning and experintation. Nothing he should be risking alone. Nothing. That he should be risking when the balance of this area was actually important to the safety of other elental planes.
"So we find another one after you are done looking at the ways that the mana was condensed?" Rey knew that Walker was learning things just by sensing the ways this elental plane was sealed and condensed.
Just seeing these aspects was enlightening. Mostly because the mana was condensed spatially allowing him to grasp how he could change the condensed areas of space further. Whether it would simply enhance his usage of spatial storage skills or improve other skills didn’t matter. What did matter was that this could lead to a larger leap in overall understanding of all the manas he could use.
"You learned a bit too seeing the fire mana so dense. I saw the way you looked at the fire." The teasing from Su earned a glare from Rey but she also nodded a bit.
For Rey and her gained fire affinity, she needed fire mana to survive now. Not as strongly as when she first lded her body and soul through bonding with Ignus, but it was still important for her growth.
Right now, she had seen fire mana in the form of condensed and fused partially with earth mana that she hadn’t felt before. That gave her insight on the usage of fire mana and earth mana together that may enhance her alchemy skills.
Even more so, she saw a smoother way to condense fire mana she could use in her fighting style. Her punches and kicks could be more deadly in terms of fire mana than having to use her strength entirely for damage dealing. It would help expand her overall strength without needing greater training other than replicating the density of mana.
"There’s another bit of fire mana Walker can follow right?" It only made sense that Rey noticed the other strands of fire mana moving around through the more open area here. Her sense for fire mana was very fine tuned now.
Seeing this, Walker started using space Mana to help them move quickly toward it. The area in between was empty and without grasses or even proper ground. Not that it mattered, they all had their own mana and ability to use it to move, but the strain from needing to boost themselves and protect themselves was still heavy on their minds and bodies.
It wasn’t much of a surprise to find three smaller fire elental planes rotating around one another. From what they could see, they were different forms of purified fire mana elental planes. smaller but still well developed and kept balanced by their movent.
"They sealed it by making them move around one another! That’s genius!" It was astounding.
"It’s the pressure of them moving around and bleeding their mana in to one another. They exchange less pure or denser mana which moves them and causes more mana to swap. But they don’t bleed a lot of mana. It’s like a natural seal but also a way to keep them calm. I wonder if there are living monsters inside or if they don’t and that’s why this works."
Seeing how Walker was getting more and more excited over it, both Su and Rey realized he’d stopped looking at this like a potential dungeon or elental plane he could carry. He was looking at it for education and learning.
Walker was watching the movent and knew that the way this was created required intelligence in how mana flowed. How it could constantly maintain its flow without breaking?
"If they did this they aren’t planning on returning for it. No guardian and no sealing. It is simply a process that keeps it in the sa state. I bet it doesn’t have valuable herbs or unique mana. Just three forms of fire mana mixing and sharing with one another. It probably isn’t even unique enough to be absorbed or consud unless they were all mixed in to one elental plane."
This brought thought to Rey, "Can you seal and move them then?" She also looked at the fire mana and considered another option. "Can you attach one to because of my affinity with fire and my strength? That way I can help move them if you want to?"
This wasn’t what Walker expected Rey to ask and what she might want to do. He knew full well that both of them had seen how he was when that pressure was on him. But attaching a small elental plane to soone after sealing it?
"That might be possible. Your soul and body are one so you and your existence is very solid. It might be easier for you to handle it than what people might understand..."
Rey didn’t flinch away when Walker took her hand and used his mana to tentatively see the flow of her own mana. He knew that she kept a larger amount of fire mana within her body than she let everyone see. Not only that, but the purity and density were higher since she needed it to nourish her too.
It was usually well controlled even when she used different gauntlets or knuckles to hold other manas on her fists, she had to make sure her mana was because it would negatively affect the other manas she gathered with her equipnt. Besides the fact that she was always careful with mana now that she saw the effects it had on different races and the risks that ca with it.
"I think you could, but it might cause you to lose consciousness. It might also hurt you so." Walker was confident in Rey’s strength and natural affinity to fire. He also knew she could adapt and grow regardless of the pressure she put on herself.
"He is worried you might end up weak or hurt and unable to make it back safely. He’s also worried that you could have lasting damage if you take on sothing like that when you haven’t fully adapted to your own spatial skills."
Su was the voice of reason before Walker could voice the feelings he had. He knew that Rey could handle it, but it was the after effects in her body that were different from his that he worried about.
"I think it would be beneficial to . I know I said I wanted to fight and test myself that way, but this feels important too. If I can help you out like this I am willing to try it. Any damage done I can recover from with ti and enough mana. But I’m not human, you know?" She was focusing on the fire dragon sport side of her reality now.
She wasn’t human. She was a race better recognized as more complicated and unique to the fire elental plane now than the world in a way. She had the innate toughness of a dragon and understood the instinct that told her sothing could be gained from assisting here.
It wasn’t foolish pride, but a tugging feeling that told her she could grow because of this.
"It might be rough when I stop those three from revolving around one another. It won’t be chaotic, but the pressure will be heavy when they imdiately get slamd together in to one elental plane." Walker hadn’t ntioned that this would happen, but he knew it would. The balance would break and there would be a reaction.
"Just prepare whatever you need from ." Rey wasn’t shying away, plus she trusted Su to also support her. She felt a potential and Walker and Su trusted her to accept this potential on her own terms.
