What does "nano" even an as a concept?
0.000001 milliters. Unless your eyes have mutated or you have so kind of special Genetic Ability, you basically can't see an individual nano-level unit at all.
Back when Li Zheng was in the Matrix, he'd gotten dical Nanorobots—one small vial of Nanorobots looked like less than a handful of sand, but in reality there were tens of millions of them!
You can imagine how hard it is to deal with this Elent race.
"To beat them, unless I have so high-power area attack that directly crushes the entire space they're in." Li Zheng's thoughts spun fast. "Or else… I have to find a way to hit that nano-level core. Since Old Pu detected that the core inside them is nano-level, that ans he can give a prompt."
[That core is in constant motion, moving very fast. It cannot be locked onto in real ti.]
"That's a hassle." Li Zheng exhaled lightly. Given this situation, he had two ways to handle them, but before that, there were still things he wanted to figure out.
"You two also part of the Celestial Will Organization?"
He wanted to figure out the stance of these two from the Elent race, and whether there was so organization behind them.
But they didn't answer. Chaotic streams of light roiled, and several vicious bolts of lightning shot straight at Li Zheng's face.
That lightning wasn't actual electricity, but so kind of condensed Energy. Its power was impressive; every ti it appeared, the hairs on Li Zheng's back stood on end. His instincts told him that with his current physical defense, he absolutely couldn't take it head-on, and could only use his Mirror Image Ability to maneuver.
Mudala seized the chance to charge in, a pair of claws tearing toward the two. They ripped right through those chaotic rays of light with no resistance at all.
One Elent tribe mber flicked a bolt of lightning backhand, striking Mudala's back and directly punching through her left shoulder and wing together, blasting a thumb-thick hole clear through!
"Such terrifying destructive power."
Li Zheng's heart chilled. He did not think his own physical toughness could compare to Mudala's current state. If he took one of those hits head-on, he'd probably end up in the sa condition.
From that alone, it was clear that those two from the Elent race had been going for the kill every ti they attacked him.
"Since you won't talk, then go die!" Li Zheng hardened his resolve, emptied his mind, and once more entered a state of no-thought, no-mind.
Eight Mirror Images spread out in all directions, encircling the two Elent tribe mbers.
Light flared from the Elent race bodies, and dense bolts of lightning burst out, shattering all the Mirror Images.
Li Zheng's figure flickered; he split into eight again, then shifted into one of them. The Black Dragon Spear thrust down, and at the position of one Elent tribe mber's left leg, it seed to hit sothing, letting out a sharp clanging impact.
Crack!
The Black Dragon Spear swept diagonally upward, and with the montum it slashed toward the other Elent tribe mber, striking that core in its chest and abdon as well.
All of this happened in the blink of an eye. After the two strikes, Li Zheng instantly shifted into another Mirror Image; the Black Dragon Spear twisted and jabbed again, the Golden Dragon patterns along the shaft lighting up as a Golden Dragon's phantom coiled around the spear, opening its maw in a soaring dragon's roar.
Clang!
One hit landed; Li Zheng changed position again. His spear form did not stop, whipping at another spot.
Clang!
...
Clang!
Around those two Elent tribe mbers, Li Zheng was like a ghost, appearing, vanishing, appearing again, and vanishing again. Each ti he showed himself, the duration grew shorter; in the end, his body looked almost transparent, flickering repeatedly.
That ant his speed had reached an extre, to the point that even light didn't have ti to fully reflect off him.
The clanging sounds rged into a continuous ring. In a re five seconds or so, Li Zheng had launched hundreds of attacks, every one landing on the cores inside the Elent tribe bodies.
Their cores, struck over and over, seed unable to condense that strange lightning, and for this span of ti they had no strength to counterattack at all, completely suppressed by Li Zheng.
"This new Technique my lord created has evolved a bit again." Mudala couldn't get in a hit at all and was secretly shocked.
When he'd fought twisted creatures before, this Technique was still relatively rough. Now it had been refined down to the last hair!
Such a rate of improvent was downright terrifying.
"With such Talent, why does my lord always say his Talent is too poor?" Mudala thought. "If this counts as poor Talent, then what does that make everyone else? Pure trash?"
Clang-clang~~~
A resonant hum echoed through the sky. Li Zheng drew back his spear and stood still, light gradually returning to his eyes.
Opposite him, the glow on the two Elent tribe mbers slowly dimd, like two Neon lights having their power supply reduced, until it vanished completely.
"He actually took on two at once and won decisively!" Mudala could hardly believe it.
That was the Elent race that countless races in the Wilderness had headaches over!
A troubleso race that had survived in the Wilderness for who knew how many years, yet in front of her lord they looked like nothing but chickens and dogs—utterly pathetic?
This…
Mudala rubbed her eyes hard, thinking she'd seen wrong.
This is impossible!
"Strutting around just because your weakness is only nano-sized—how laughable." Li Zheng said coldly. "What's actually strongest in the Elent race is also what's most fragile. As long as the nano-level life core is destroyed, your vitality is completely cut off.
A clumsy Race like this can actually rampage through the Wilderness for so long—simply absurd."
Before the fight, Li Zheng had Old Pu "record" his battle. After a quick playback, he understood what he'd done while unconscious, and the fundantal reason why the Elent race had been taken out so easily.
After he'd continuously struck both nano-level cores hundreds of tis in succession, they completely collapsed—like soone's heart being pounded into pulp. Naturally, there was no way they could stay alive.
Compared to a normal heart, this kind of core had two advantages: it was tiny and it moved in unpredictable patterns.
These two advantages allowed the Elent race to stand in an invincible position against most enemies. After all, thods that can locate and destroy a nano-level core are very rare.
But the core had one extrely fatal weakness: after suffering heavy impacts, it made the Energy that maintained its existence unstable, causing them to lose the ability to fight back.
So rather than saying the Elent race was a troubleso Race in the Wilderness, it was more accurate to say they were a highly polarized Race.
Either invincible, or unable to fight at all.
"Mudala said earlier they have no emotions, so they probably don't have fear and such either. I'm really curious what they were thinking before they died…" Li Zheng pondered for a mont, then shook his head. "Forget it, what's the point of wondering about sothing so aningless? But with this kind of nature, they probably wouldn't be in cahoots with the Celestial Will Organization…"
In that case, the reason these two Elent tribe mbers were here was obvious.
They'd co to snatch the Twisted Magic Crystal.
"Sha. I thought I'd be able to force out so intel on the Celestial Will Organization, but it turns out they were just the runts among the small fry." Li Zheng studied the ground for a while. Old Pu had marked with arrows where the two nano-level cores had fallen, but he didn't find any storage items with their stashed supplies.
"What a waste of ti."
