Caelan smiled faintly, a teasing hint in his voice as he asked,
"There’s what?"
"There’s a boss!"
Only after blurting that out did Alyssa belatedly realize that sothing felt very wrong.
The Mountain Giant’s attack should have already landed.

Alyssa turned to look behind Caelan, her face full of shock.
