ng Yanran covered her chest and stepped forward to take Jiang Chen’s clothes, her gaze sweeping across Jiang Chen’s back, her eyes suddenly focusing intently.

"Hurry up, if class ends, people will co!" Hearing no movent behind him, Jiang Chen softly reminded her.
ng Yanran’s face changed slightly, she glared at Jiang Chen and quickly put on the clothes.
ng Yanran had just finished dressing when the bell for the end of class rang.
Both of their faces changed at once, and Jiang Chen turned and whispered, "Are you dressed yet?"
"Ah!" ng Yanran let out an exclamation, hastily backing up two steps, her eyes focusing again, admiring the beautiful muscle definition.
A tremor ran through her heart, and ng Yanran suddenly felt her heartbeat quicken significantly.
"If you’re dressed, let’s get out of here quickly, do you really want people to see us like this in the restroom?" Jiang Chen looked at ng Yanran, whose face was flushed red like a startled rabbit, and couldn’t help speaking in exasperation.
ng Yanran snapped back to reality, her face turning red again, and she fiercely glared at Jiang Chen, "It’s all your fault!"
Without waiting for Jiang Chen to react, ng Yanran rushed out of the restroom!
"I..." Jiang Chen felt he was more wronged than Dou E, scratched his head, and muttered softly, "Won, truly an unreasonable creature!"

"Stop right there!" When they reached the entrance of the teaching building, a shout rang out, and a group of youths wearing school uniforms with armbands blocked Jiang Chen at the doorway.
Jiang Chen was taken aback for a mont and looked at their armbands: ’School Discipline Team’!
Seeing a large group of girls following Jiang Chen, the mbers of the Discipline Team’s eyes blazed with jealousy. Damn it, we’re all single here, and you’re parading around shirtless with a group of girls, how can this be?!
"Which class are you from, and what’s your na?" The youth with ’Captain’ on his armband pointed at Jiang Chen and shouted loudly.
Jiang Chen helplessly explained, "A girl in our class had torn her clothes, so I gave her mine. I just want to go ho to change."

Wearing the captain’s uniform, Jiang Chen looked back at him with a smile and said, "Buddy, I really didn’t an to do this, but I’ve got so errands. I’ll just borrow your clothes for a bit!"
As soon as he’d finished speaking, Jiang Chen turned and walked out of the teaching building.
"You..." The captain covered his exposed chest, his face turning bright red as he glared at Jiang Chen, while the other mbers of the disciplinary committee did nothing to stop Jiang Chen, each showing a look of astonishnt.
"Why aren’t you stopping him?" The captain glared at his team mbers angrily.
One mber said softly, "Captain, we just recognized him; he’s the new king of the rookies! If we stop him, we’re just asking for a beating!"
"The new king of rookies?! Jiang Chen?!" The captain was montarily dumbfounded.
"Hey, look at all the flab on him!"
"That belly looks like he’s pregnant!"
"Honestly, without comparison, there’s no harm. Look at Jiang Chen, then look at him!"
The group of girls pointed and whispered about the captain.
The captain, looking at his own chicken-like figure, blushed and ran out of the teaching building in panic.
After leaving the school, Jiang Chen headed straight for the Dingjing herbal dicine market.
Although the elixirs ntioned in ancient cultivation techniques were said to help people break through to the Innate Realm, since they hadn’t been verified, Jiang Chen wanted to test their effectiveness first to avoid giving Qiu Boyuan hope only to disappoint him later.

Entering the pharmacy, the fragrance of dicine wafted over, but Jiang Chen frowned slightly.

The middle-aged man laughed, sized up Jiang Chen again, and said with a smirk, "Kid, I am the manager of this store, Lin Hui. Are you sure you want a large amount of old dicine?"
"Yes, just na the ones you have that I need. I’ll take them all!" Jiang Chen nodded.
"Haha, rember, you said that," Lin Hui laughed out loud. "Alright, wait here!"
