At any ti, in any place, an excellent talent is a scarce resource worth earning money from. The scale of Satan has not expanded dramatically, but Satan truly needs more talent to achieve better developnt. Even if they don’t bring people into Satan’s core circle, just strengthening Satan’s peripheral power is also good.
However, the biggest problem is whether Gao Yang dares to use people referred by the Cleaners.
Currently, Satan and the Cleaners are in a cooperative relationship, but the Cleaners are too mysterious and too powerful. The more Gao Yang interacts with them, the more he cannot fathom this organization. Maintaining a cooperative relationship with the Cleaners is definitely the best choice, but Gao Yang is already consciously trying to keep so of his own secrets, instead of showing everything in front of the Cleaners without reservation. So now there’s a problem: can Gao Yang use the person Murphy recomnded, and does he dare to?
It seems unnecessary for Murphy to have soone placed inside Satan to learn more about Satan. There’s no need for this. Satan is indeed a very capable rcenary group, but at the end of the day, it’s just a small rcenary group. In the Underworld, it remains at the bottom of the Pyramids, simply not qualifying for the Cleaners’ overly-attention.
But although Satan is just a rcenary group, its leader Gao Yang has a status that is hard for rcenaries to achieve. He shares deep ties with Grand Ivan, profound relationships with Morgan and is closely tied in interests. He has established a stable and completely self-controlled base in Somalia. Most importantly, Gao Yang has received support from the Black Demon, thus gaining rare strength support in Russia, and he has indescribable connections with Huaxia. When dissected individually, these factors aren’t especially noteworthy, but when added together, things beco quite terrifying.
The terrifying part is that Gao Yang seems to have established a cross-domain network of relationships, and within this network, Gao Yang occupies an incredibly important node. Most importantly, this network isn’t rely woven by interest relationships but is connected through emotional relations that exceed the level of interests.
A network built on interests is very stable, albeit not scary, because greater interests can dismantle the original interest network. But Gao Yang’s network is different; if Gao Yang is not there, the network disappears along with him. From this angle, Gao Yang has earned the Cleaners’ worthy regard.
Gao Yang has no clue about the Cleaners’ operational mode, nor does he know the purpose and aning behind this network’s existence. Suppose the Cleaners adopted the seemingly impossible way—would introduce an individual for him to use openly, and then use this person to obtain so of his intelligence—is there even a one-in-a-million chance?
Because of his apprehension towards the Cleaners, Gao Yang started thinking a bit too much, since he is tied with too many people at the back end.
After looking at the photo for a while, Gao Yang nodded and smiled, "My understanding of female snipers is now completely different; they are not re decorative vases. At tis and in certain things, you have to admit won do better than n. I am very willing to accept this sniper. Tell how to contact her; I need to et her first."
Murphy smiled, "I knew you wouldn’t refuse since Satan already has two won. So, you definitely won’t lose interest just because she’s a woman. I have her address and phone number; et with her, but don’t ntion our existence. You understand, right?"
Gao Yang smiled, "No need for your orders; I certainly won’t say what shouldn’t be said. You probably have a reasonable excuse for getting close to her, don’t you?"
Murphy waved his hand, smiling, "No need for any excuse. She often participates in shooting competitions as a ans to maintain her living, and she was just rejected by a PMC Company and is without any job now. As I’ve ntioned, she’s a bloodthirsty woman; as long as you explain your purpose and offer her a job, she’ll be very willing to follow you."
Gao Yang nodded and continued eating. At this ti, Murphy smiled and said to Gao Yang, "You helped fire a shot; I am gifting you an aweso sniper—now we’re even."
Gao Yang laughed, "Is this really even? I’m only interested in this sniper, not necessarily going to take her."
Murphy smiled, "Don’t be too greedy. Intelligence is indeed very valuable. I’ve introduced you to a talent I’ve focused on for so ti, which is already exceptional."
Speaking of intelligence, Gao Yang sighed and said, "Yes, intelligence is indeed valuable. Speaking of which, do you have any reliable intelligence brokers to recomnd to ? I currently lack a stable source of intelligence, which frustrates ."
"The Cicero Family, of course. In the underground intelligence community, the Cicero Family remains the strongest. We sotis need to buy intelligence from the Cicero Family too. Anyway, whoever you contact for it doesn’t matter."

An intelligence broker is simply soone dealing in information; buying intelligence doesn’t differ depending on whose hands it cos from. Nonetheless, Gao Yang hopes to find soone who can offer long-term cooperation because, at the very least, it ensures that while buying intelligence, the intelligence broker won’t see him as sothing to sell.
This principle is simple; Justin wouldn’t disclose Satan’s tracks and positions as intelligence due to them being his major client. But switch to another intelligence broker, and it’s not the sa. For instance, if Gao Yang purchased intelligence on Djo Malthael, then the person selling him intelligence turned around and reported this information to Djo Malthael. This would end up being a double transaction, and the latter is more lucrative than the forr.
