There’s fundantally no need to use any strategy. One reason is that Beastn themselves are not adept at plotting, at least compared to the Human Race; Beastn’s talent in that area is truly lacking. Secondly, at the ti, Beastn didn’t need to use such tactics. They rely relied on their superiority in strength, and theoretically speaking, if they were to just push forward directly, the Human Race wouldn’t possibly be able to withstand their attack.
Therefore, since attacking was all it took to capture the enemies, for those relatively simple-minded Beastn, there was no need to worry about anything else. In that situation, once an order was issued, it naturally led to all the Beastn’s large army launching an offensive toward the Human Race.
Facing that situation, no matter what the original thoughts of the Human Race’s high levels were, in that circumstance, they could only put those extra thoughts aside.

No matter what reaction the Angels might have had, when a large number of Beastn charged toward their position, apart from responding passively, the human army had no other choice. Thus, when the Beastn reached their vicinity, the Human Race’s high levels ultimately issued the order to counterattack.
As a result, in that situation, no matter what plots both sides originally had, when things reached that point, the war inevitably began. And as both sides started to engage in combat, rows of Humans and Beastn began to fall continuously on the battlefield.
And speaking of the battlefield situation at that ti, everything was as everyone predicted: in the wilderness, the Human Race truly was not an opponent of those Beastn.
Although at the beginning of the combat, the Humans, relying on the Mage’s strength, successfully killed many Beastn, but when the Beastn got slightly closer, a few waves of javelins from the opposing side brought down a large number of Humans.

Waves of magic and rain of arrows fell on the Beastman camp, directly taking many lives from the opposing side. However, in response, when the Humans’ magic and rain of arrows landed in the opposing faction, the Beastn, relying on their physical strength advantage, still managed to throw their simple javelins almost beyond bow range.
And relying on the Beastn’s strength, even the simplest javelin could take away one to several Human Soldiers’ lives when it landed in the Human camp. In this long-range exchange, although more Beastn were killed or injured, during that contest, the Human Race’s high levels looked very grim.
You could say it seed like the Humans were at an advantage, but in reality, the Humans were at a significant loss.
What types of soldiers were dying for the Humans at the ti?
Archers and Mages, and there’s no need to say more about Mages: it often takes over a decade of cultivation for them to mature enough to join a battlefield. Even for an archer, reaching the point where they can participate in combat also requires years of training to be qualified.
In contrast, although the Beastn’s side had significant losses, the mbers who could reach that level at the ti could be those middle-level Beastn with more strength. With the Beastman Tribe’s reproductive speed, they could often replenish their current losses in just one year. In that situation, the Beastn did not need to concern themselves with their losses at all, while the Humans’ losses would take over a decade to recover vital energy. Such a vast gap is there—if the Humans aren’t considered to be at a disadvantage, then who would be?
Moreover, in that situation, the Humans had already fully exerted their advantage, whereas the Beastn hadn’t truly deployed their main force. With such a significant gap, if both sides were to really start a war, how could the Human Race possibly have any winning odds?
Fortunately, the disparity in strength was only noticed by the high levels of the Human Race at that mont, and at least on the surface, the Humans still appeared to possess the strength to oppose the Beastman Tribe. So, even though their losses weren’t small, at that ti, the morale of the Human Soldiers wasn’t deeply affected. Although their spirits were low, they still dared to fight against those Beastn.
If at that point those Human Soldiers knew that their side had completely fallen into a disadvantage, and if nothing unexpected happened, with the passage of ti, they would all die, it’s likely that so would choose to flee because of the fear of death.
Undoubtedly, if signs of collapse were to appear, it would not bode well for the Humans at that ti. Because in such circumstances, if they didn’t handle things correctly, they might have to pay a terrible cost.
Faced with the situation at that ti, the high levels of the Human Race certainly didn’t wish to see that happen. And in that situation, they did consider trying to change the scenario. However, given the circumstances at the ti, even if those high levels of the Human Race wanted to change the scenario, in the absence of an opportunity from the Beastn, they still couldn’t change anything.
