A full-strength palm strike from Jack could shatter a mountain; it was the very definition of terrifying. When his palm struck the door, the sound was overwhelming.

The door was extrely hard and didn't collapse, but a deep palm print appeared on it, sunken at least an inch deep.
To put this into perspective, not even Zhang Bin's Middle-Grade Flying Sword could break through the door and walls.
This proved that the power of Jack's casual palm strike far surpassed Zhang Bin wielding his Flying Sword.
The entire underground base even shook from the impact.
What was more terrifying, however, was that Jack's hand suddenly erupted in scorching flas, which he then bombarded the door with.

At a speed visible to the naked eye, the door turned red-hot. It even began to show signs of liquefying.
Clearly, although Jack was not a Nascent Soul Stage Cultivator, he possessed the miraculous Special Ability to control flas. And these flas were incredibly potent. They might not have been as strong as Zhou Tianyu's Samadhi True Fire, but they weren't far off.
"Break!" Ava suddenly shouted, an extrely frigid aura bursting forth from her body.
Her leg whipped up and kicked fiercely against the red-hot door.

With a deafening crash that sounded as if the heavens and the earth were splitting apart, a waterlon-sized hole was punched through the door.
The principle, of course, was thermal shock—the sudden change from extre heat to extre cold, which made the incredibly hard tal brittle.
BANG! BANG! BANG!
Ava kicked again in a frenzy, quickly demolishing the door until a huge opening was ford.
"Let's go. We're going in," Jack said with a sinister smile. "We must catch him. Then we'll kill him."
The Biotech Base was extrely important to Arica, so naturally, they couldn't allow anyone without authority to enter. Their entire reason for being stationed in Las Vegas was to guard this base. The fact that Zhang Bin had sohow mysteriously gotten inside shocked and alard them greatly.
If Zhang Bin were to cause destruction inside, the losses would be catastrophic. What worried them most was that he seed very familiar with the Biotech Base, suggesting he might have entered it multiple tis before. For that reason, they had to get inside and capture him, no matter the cost.
So, they quickly squeezed through the opening, remaining highly vigilant. They knew the base was dangerous, filled with countless traps and terrifying chanical puppets.
Over the long years, most of the chanical puppets had surely been damaged, but so remained operational and capable of launching devastating attacks.
To their surprise, the base wasn't dark but brightly lit. Light emanated from special fixtures in the walls, illuminating the area brilliantly. It was as bright as day.
Then, they all sneered simultaneously, for they had spotted Zhang Bin. At that very mont, he was surrounded by eight chanical monsters.
These eight chanical monsters were peculiar: they were two-ter-tall chanical spiders. Their bodies were covered with dense cavities from which a red light emanated—clearly, these were formidable Thermal Weapons.
If the spiders attacked, Zhang Bin would undoubtedly die.
So, Zhang Bin raised his hands high and let out a terrified shout, "I surrender! I surrender, don't kill !"
The chanical spiders were also bizarre; seeing Zhang Bin's display, they didn't attack, rely continuing to encircle him.
"Hahaha!" Jack laughed loudly. "You bastard, thought you were so tough? Go on, try running now!"
A female Genetically Enhanced Human, her face contorted with violent rage, scread maniacally, "I want to eat him! I love the taste of n's flesh!"
Another Genetically Enhanced Human sneered and roared, drool leaking from his mouth, "Captain, kill him quickly! We're starving!"
"You bastards!" Jack roared. "Didn't I tell you to keep your cannibalism a secret?"
"Captain, this is an underground base; no one can get in," the drooling Genetically Enhanced Human argued. "And this is an undeveloped area. Absolutely no one can hear us. As for this guy, he entered the base, so he must be executed. Just let us have a hearty al."
Hearing this conversation, Zhang Bin felt a chilling dread. It wasn't because he was in a desperate situation, but because it confird Gao Si's warning about the grave problems that would arise with Genetically Enhanced Humans.
He had been hoping that the Gene Enhancent Technology within this base was miraculous, completely without flaws. That would explain why Arica hadn't yet experienced a crisis or disaster involving the Genetically Enhanced Humans. It was why he had helped the Special Action Team, allowing them to enter the underground base so easily.
But now, hearing the exchange between these Genetically Enhanced Humans, he realized how naive he had been, how overly idealistic his beliefs were.
This base did not possess a perfect, flawless Gene Enhancent Technology.
The Genetically Enhanced Humans it created were too terrifying—they ate human flesh?
Moreover, they had cleverly concealed this fact, preventing ordinary people from discovering the truth. It seed the Genetically Enhanced Humans had already united. They were definitely plotting sothing, just waiting for the right day to erupt. They wanted to seize control of the country, to take sovereignty over all of Earth. Disaster was imminent!
"You actually eat people? Are you animals?" Zhang Bin shouted, pure rage surging through him.
"Hahaha!"
All the Genetically Enhanced Humans erupted in maniacal laughter. Their eyes transford, becoming extraordinarily malevolent and coldly ruthless.
A bizarre aura erupted from them, making the very air tremble. It was the aura of a wild beast, of an apex predator. No, they were even more ferocious and vile than wild beasts. They could only be described as demons. Perhaps they were true demons, of humanity's own making.
"What are you laughing at? Am I wrong?" Zhang Bin said angrily.
"Kid, let tell you the truth," Jack said with a sneer. "We Genetically Enhanced Humans are the true superior beings. You ordinary humans are no different from cattle or sheep. Eating your flesh makes us stronger, and drinking your blood lets us live longer. So, in our eyes, you humans are just food—the most delicious food.
"We've kept this a secret because our numbers are still too small. We need humanity to mass-produce more of our kind. We also need ti to seize power and create a beautiful world that belongs to us, the Genetically Enhanced Humans."
"And that beautiful world will be like this," Ava added, an expectant smile spreading across her face. "We will be the masters of Earth. Humans will be the food we raise in captivity, and the tools for us to vent our desires. The only aning to your existence will be to serve us Genetically Enhanced Humans. Everything you have—your wealth, your bodies—it will all belong to us."
