Luna didn't even glance at the food in front of her, urging Jessica to continue.
Jessica, looking utterly confident and in control, elegately took a bite of her food before continuing:
"First, based on Master ntor's personality, he definitely wouldn't care about a partner's status, wealth, or appearance. So, your starting conditions are no different from anyone else's."
Luna's mother had said sothing similar, but her conclusion at the ti was very pessimistic. Jessica's conclusion right now, however, was completely the opposite.

Jessica's cough interrupted Luna's fantasy. Luna snapped back to attention and continued listening to Jessica's analysis:
"Scarlett, there's not much to say about her. I've t her too. She's a bit silly and foolish. Master ntor only took her on as a maid purely out of charity.
"Being pretty is useless; Master ntor doesn't care about those things. That's win number three.
"As for Laila, I suspect Master ntor just sees her as a bro. After all, whether it's personality or looks, Laila is like a guy. Still no threat. At most, she'd be the best man at your wedding. That's win number four."
After listening to Jessica's analysis for so long, Luna suddenly felt filled with confidence and eagerly awaited Jessica's next points.

Scarlett turned her head away in a huff. After Loren patted her head, Scarlett beca all smiles again, actively rubbing her face against Loren like a little animal who was easy to appease.
"Loren, when is your birthday?"

"My birthday is on Christmas Day itself."

In a sense, the witches and Loren were each other's anchors. If either side were lost, the other would spiral out of control.

Anna urged. What she loved most was celebrating birthdays. Every birthday, the cake basically ended up in Anna's mouth alone, as no one else in the household particularly liked sweets.

Loren agreed with Anna. Given Luna's family situation, she probably hadn't had a proper cake or a decent birthday party more than a few tis in her whole life.
