Doctor Deborah returned like 20 minutes later, and during that ti, I increased the flow of the blood transfusion, so that it would be faster.
Currently, the blood is already quarterway finished. In at least an hour’s ti, the blood transfusion should be over.
Also, Anders was asleep.
He fell asleep a few minutes after the blood transfusion began.
"Here you go". Doctor Deborah ca to where I was sitting and offered the items in her hands. A syringe, cotton wool and a bottle of spirit.
"Fireball, Irving, get up. I have to stand up". I said to them, and they reluctantly jumped down from my lap.
I stood up from the sofa, and after collecting the things in Deborah’s hands, I walked past her and went to the bedside.
"What is this? Fireball. Irving? What kind of na is that?". I heard Deborah mutter. "I really hope she wasn’t bluffing about being able to heal Bella. Poor Bella has suffered enough. Truly, I can’t believe that we are allowing an Alpha who doesn’t have a doctor’s certificate to treat Bella. Bella might end up dying sooner than expected". She muttered again and I heard what she said. Everything, I heard it.
"You can leave, doctor Deborah". I said to her, making her stop looking at Fireball and Irving, who were hissing at her. They seed to dislike her.
"You are asking to leave? But why?". She sounded confused.
I left Bella’s side and made my way towards Deborah. As I stood in front of her, a foot away from her, I couldn’t help but notice the huge height difference. Deborah was 5’55’’ tall.
"I hate negativity. I mostly hate it when people with a negative mindset are in the sa space as . So, just leave, doctor. You are not needed here".
A drop of sweat ford on Doctor Deborah’s forehead and drops of sweat were sliding down her temples.
She was definitely nervous, because I was standing very close to her with my eyes staring at hers.
Combined with my domineering aura.
"Why do these words sound familiar?". She said to herself before she gasped, because she realized that she had spoken out loud.
’But wait, why did she say my words are familiar? Have I said sothing like this when I was Clara Hensley? Oh, I rember. I usually said words like this when I was Clara Hensley. But this shouldn’t be enough for her to figure out that I am Clara Hensley’. I thought to myself.
"Earlier, didn’t you say that you wanted to use our hospital’s most important research room? If I leave, do you think you will know the way to the research room?". She asked and made a proud expression on her face, like she had already guessed that I wouldn’t send her away anymore.
I smirked. ’Deborah O Deborah. You never change’. I thought.
"Leave, doctor. I can find my way to the research room. As you can see, I am not blind. I won’t repeat myself again. If you don’t leave, then I will have to throw you out of this room with my hands. You are a hindrance to and the patient". My voice grew dark and deep when I said this to her.
That was enough to do the trick, because horror filled her eyes and she hurried out of the room like soone who was being chased by sothing terrifying.
But truth to be told, I am terrifying.
I returned to the bedside and placed the cotton wool and spirit on the table next to the bed.
I carefully removed the syringe from its packet and used it to draw so blood from Bella’s arm.
As I finished doing that, I kept the syringe on the table and picked up the cotton wool and the spirit. I opened the spirit and put a small amount of it on the cotton wool which absorbed it. Then I used the cotton wool to clean the spot in her arm that I had drawn blood from.
Closing the spirit and leaving it and the cotton wool on the table together with the syringe, I returned to the sofa and sat on it, shutting my eyes.
I had to wait for Anders’ blood transfusion to be over before I could take him, Irving and Fireball with , together with Bella’s blood, to the research room, so that I would do so research and find out what caused Bella to be this sick, resulting in her looking like a starving vampire.
....
Beta Damien’s pov,
I stood still and couldn’t say anything as my eyes fixed on only her.
I an, my eyes were fixed on only her grave.
Initially, when I heard that Doctor Clara, the young lady who saved , had died, I did not want to believe it.
I left the shadows’ pack and hurried to human cities as soon as I could.
But, reality hit hard like a storm. Despite being buried under the ground, I could still perceive her lingering scent.
I have been standing here since yesterday.
She really was dead, and I didn’t know how to feel. I could only silently look at the picture on her grave and her na which was written on the stone of her grave.
I haven’t felt this kind of pain before. Even when Alpha Ashton and Luna Allegra died, I didn’t feel this way towards them.
I feel horrible now. My heart feels as if a thousand bees were stinging .
When I noticed soone approaching, I left Clara’s grave without a trace.
I hid behind a nearby tree and watched the person who ca and stood in front of Clara’s grave.
It was a man. Looking at the man’s back, I could tell that he was a young man. There were flowers in his hands. Plenty of them.
After gently placing the flowers on top of Clara’s grave, he knelt down. "Why?!!!". He suddenly scread and burst out crying, hitting his chest more than I could count.
"Why did you leave behind, Clara?! You should have taken with you! How can you bear to leave behind?!!". He scread at the top of his lungs as he continued to hit his chest until he began to cough violently.
Those in the graveyard visiting their loved ones or whoever they may be, had to stop what they were doing and look at the young man. They shook their heads in pity.
They must understand the young man’s pain. I didn’t know the young man, but I understood his pain, because I was feeling the sa pain as him, but I was not privileged like him to express my pain.
Actually, I didn’t know how to express my pain. I have always been rigid ever since I was young.
