I ran along with the Beta, Gamma, and the other werewolves. Not really, I was still behind them, but not too behind them.
I noticed that they slowed down a bit when I couldn’t keep up with them. Could it be Damien’s doing? Could he have told them that I was weak and that they should slow down because of ? I doubt that.
Damien was in the lead, while Gamma Clark was behind him. Despite not running at full speed, Damien was in the lead effortlessly. Then, what about who was running with my might but couldn’t keep up with anyone?
I am ashad of myself. I feel the desire to grow into a very powerful werewolf.
As we arrived outside the shadows’ pack border, the air felt different. And strangely, my mind began to flood with different thoughts. ’I am outside the border. I’m no longer in the shadows’ pack territory. The human city isn’t that far from here. If I run for an hour in my wolf form, I should be able to reach the human city, right? Should I just run away? I walked to the front and stood beside Damien. We all followed him as quietly as possible.
A few seconds later, we arrived inside an icy cave. Thanks to the furs on my body, I wasn’t feeling cold. But I knew if I was in my human form, I would feel it.
"This place is their turf. Everyone, be careful and extrely vigilant". Damien said to us.
I stood super close to Damien. I wasn’t ready to leave his side, not even for a second. I imitated Damien and the others and was walking without making a sound.
When we had reached the dead end of the icy cave, we saw the rogue werewolves. They were all fast asleep and were in their wolf forms.
The inside of the cave was shining blue, so we could see. Additionally, with or without the full moon, werewolves could see in the dark better than humans after all.
As Damien halted, Gamma Clark, the nine warriors and , halted and paid attention to him. ’There are a total of twenty rogue werewolves here. Warriors, silently eliminate the seven rogue werewolves over there. Gamma Clark, you’re going to eliminate those five in the opposite. I will handle those seven. With the way my heart was pounding, I could hear it in my ears. I slowly walked towards the rogue wolf whom Damien said I should kill. The closer I walked towards the rogue werewolf, the more I realised that its size was massive. ’What the heck?!’. I thought and hesitated, not planning to walk closer to it anymore.
As I began to slowly and cautiously back away, I stepped on a dry stick, and it broke in half.
’Shit’. I cursed in my mind and my eyes imdiately widened in fear as soon as the rogue werewolf’s eyes opened.

’No. I am going to die! This must be the leader of the rogue werewolves! Did Beta Damien tell to handle the leader on purpose? How can he do this to ?!’. I was freaking out. My mind turned blank.
I could have run to et Damien and stayed under his protection, but instead of doing that, I found myself running out of the icy cave all by myself.
Beta Damien, Gamma Clark and the nine warriors were so focused on completing their mission that I bet they didn’t see nor pay any attention to .
I thought I had escaped, but the threatening growl said otherwise. ’He- he followed outside?! But why?! Couldn’t he see Damien and the others?! Why did he focus on only ?!’. My mind was in chaos, before I continued to run away. I had no idea where I was running to.
Despite running away again, he continued to run after in an aggressive way.
’Quick, Clara! Give control, or else, he is going to kill us!’. Elektra shouted.
I was so surprised. Elektra’s panicked voice scared . If she is this scared of this rogue werewolf, that ans, I could really die if I didn’t act fast.
But, if I give Elektra control, I won’t beco the alpha. And if I don’t give her control, I will die! ’What should I do?!’.
’It’s easy, Clara. Give control! Do you want us to die here?! Do you want us to die at the hands of a rogue werewolf?! I don’t want that kind of ending!’. Elektra told . Well, it is not as if I wanted that kind of ending too.

The land I was running on was barren. There weren’t any useful herbs, except useless weeds.
"Argh!". I scread in pain and gritted my teeth as the rogue werewolf’s claw struck my back.
It hurts so much, but I can’t stop running. If I dared to stop running, he would do worse than injuring . He would kill .

As the rogue werewolf caught up with and was running side by side with , I thought that everything was over.
I was overwheld with fear. I didn’t know what happened, but I couldn’t run anymore. The rogue werewolf pounced on and was aiming for my neck.

I struggled upon hearing her words. Exactly when I was about to give her control, I saw hope. Though the hope was small, it was going to work.
