Because I will be eting with so special guests today, I had to wear official and presentable clothes.
Not that I care. But, Lady Valerie strongly insisted that I did. Well, I was glad that it was black royal trousers and a red royal top that Lady Valerie gave to wear.
These types of outfits are worn by alphas.
After putting on those outfits and I wore black oxford shoes, Lady Valerie tried to tie my hair into a bun, but I refused. Though she made sure that I wore a gold crown on my head.
I left the mansion with Fireball and Irving by my side. Today, they refused to let go without them.
I am heading to the training field, after hearing the maid servants gossiping about how chaos is going on in the training field.
’But what chaos?’. I wondered, as I made my way outside the mansion.
I had already checked up on Anders, but he was still asleep and had not woken up ever since I treated him.
It took a few minutes of walking, and I arrived at the training field.
Upon seeing the crowd, I had to clean my eyes to be sure that I wasn’t hallucinating.
’What in the world?’. Elektra said, as she was seeing the crowd too.
Soone from the crowd turned to , and his eyes widened as he saw .
I noticed that he wanted to shout, but I quickly placed a finger in between my lips and shushed him.
Despite that, he shouted, "Everyone, look over here! It is our aweso role model, our very own Alpha!".
Imdiately, everyone stopped what they were doing and turned to .
I instinctively flinched when they started running towards .
Before they could surround , I didn’t think much about it and I carried both Fireball and Irving and flew up in the air.
Everyone gasped in disbelief and were stunned after I flew up in the air.
Soon, they began muttering to each other in disbelief.
Amidst everything, I saw Beta Damien. He had just finished talking with so werewolves. There were seven.
As I studied the seven werewolves’ uniforms, I nodded at myself because I recognized their uniforms.
They are in charge of the registration offices of the shadows’ pack training field.
Now, Beta Damien was looking at . ’Follow , Beta Damien’. I mind - linked him, before flying away from the training field.
I only stopped flying and stood on my feet as I arrived at a neighborhood’s corner. The neighborhood was quiet and I could not see anybody. That was expected, after seeing the crowd on the training field.

I noticed that Fireball and Irving were overprotective of , but they didn’t attack Beta Damien. They must have understood that Beta Damien wasn’t a threat to .
"Alpha Anastasia". He greeted and I slightly nodded at him.
Without hesitating, I asked him, "Why was everyone surprised after seeing fly? Aren’t they aware that I am the chosen child of the moon goddess and that I have already awakened my powers as the moon goddess’ chosen child?".
"Only a few of our werewolves know that you are the chosen child of the moon goddess. After your identity as the chosen one was made known when you were at the ancient tree, only those present then knew that you were the chosen child. Though the werewolves present at the ancient tree told so others about you. But before the news could circulate throughout the shadows’ pack, the twelve elders made sure to control it so that outsiders currently staying in our pack and other outsiders would not find out about you".
"Also, only a few werewolves are aware that you have already awakened your powers as the moon goddess’ chosen child, because the elders made an announcent about it to only a few trusted werewolves. The news about you already awakening your powers didn’t spread out because it ended up as a re rumor". Beta Damien explained to .
’Hmm. Now everything makes more sense’. I thought to myself.
Anyway, I knew that my warriors staying at the border knew about being the chosen child, including knowing that I had awakened my powers, which, according to the prophecy, the chosen child would have powers and would bring a bright energy to the entire world with it.
I stopped thinking and said to Beta Damien, "Those werewolves I saw at-". I didn’t finish talking and Damien interrupted .
He replied to , "You are right. They ca to register to beco warriors and collect their trainee badges and uniforms".
"How many-".
Beta Damien didn’t even let finish talking again, and he replied to , saying, "They are roughly calculated to be over 2 thousand werewolves. Over 1 thousand and five hundred of them are young werewolves who are in their early twenties, mid-twenties, late twenties and early and mid-thirties. While the remaining are mature werewolves who should be in their late forties. Their correct number will be revealed after the registration is over".
’Only 2 thousand? It’s not enough’. I thought.
’Wait, what? Seriously? You have got to be kidding right now, Clara. You are so greedy. You should be glad that so werewolves actually stepped out of their various houses and obviously places of work to join the shadows’ pack warriors’. Elektra told .
’But the warriors are well-paid, well-fed and well-taken care of when injured’. I mind - linked her.
’I am glad that you said that the warriors are well taken care of when injured. At least you know they rit all the treatnt they receive because their precious lives are always on the line’.
After Elektra said that to , I didn’t reply to her. Sooner or later, our precious lives will be on the line too. But that is after going to the human cities to see my parents.
I nodded at Beta Damien, before saying to him, "Alright. You can return, Beta Damien. I have to return to the mansion. Our guests should arrive soon".
"I am coming with you. I will be by your side to protect you in case anything goes wrong".
"No. You should return to the training field and make sure that everything goes well. Don’t worry about . I can protect myself if anything goes wrong". I said to him and didn’t wait for him to reply to .
I grabbed Fireball and Irving and flew away.
