Evander’s just-raised body sank back down, his almond-shaped eyes narrowed dangerously, glaring at the little face in front of him that refused to give in, threatening through gritted teeth, "One more boast, and I’ll execute you on the spot!"
"Co on! Do it! If you have the guts, co on, who’s afraid of who!" Knowing that Evander wouldn’t dare act recklessly, Sophia dared to be so arrogant.
Evander’s almond-shaped eyes tightened again, staring at the swollen lips he had sucked, suddenly, a cold laugh escaped his lips, his lip corners slanting upwards.
"Little thing, have you forgotten about this?"
When Evander’s finger pointed at Sophia’s lips, she suddenly covered her lips, staring at him warily, not daring to boast anymore.
Evander laughed at Sophia’s nervous appearance, got up and grabbed her wrist, "Get up, I’ll take you out for dinner, my son is hungry."
Sophia got up with Evander’s strength, tidying her disheveled clothes with one hand while complaining discontentedly, "Shaless, how do you know it’s a son, what if it’s a daughter!"
"Whatever it is, it’s Evander Lancaster’s seed!" After pulling Sophia up, Evander brought his face close to hers and said through gritted teeth, which earned him another, "Shaless!"
Pregnant won’s appetites are surprisingly good. In the restaurant, Sophia gorged herself without care, almost consuming an entire plate of sweet and sour fish, usually she’s not picky, but now she only ate at, even if a tiny leaf of veggie was mixed in the at dish, she would fastidiously push it aside.
Evander sighed helplessly, picked up so spinach and put it in her saucer, "Eat so vegetables, my son needs vitamins."
"Mind your own business!" Sophia pushed the vegetables aside again and picked up a piece of rib. Facing such a picky and capricious pregnant woman, Evander could only sigh and sigh again.
Pregnant won tend to be lazy, after eating, Sophia refused Evander’s suggestion to take a walk together, demanding to go ho and rest.
The black Audi stopped downstairs at Sophia’s ho, the two got out of the car one after the other and walked toward the unit door, Evander’s phone rang from his jacket pocket.
He pulled out the phone and saw it was the ho landline number, he signaled to Sophia with a raise of his hand, she stood at the unit door without going in imdiately.
Evander slid the answer button and placed the phone to his ear, just greeting "Mom," Violet Zimrman’s urgent voice ca through.
"Evander, co ho imdiately, there’s a situation at ho."
"What’s happening, so urgent?" Evander looked at Sophia, his handso brows furrowed unconsciously, back at the Lancaster Family residence, Violet Zimrman covered the phone and glanced back at the villa behind her, where arguing continued relentlessly.
Turning back, she said urgently, "Don’t ask, you’ll know when you co back."
Ending the call, she hurriedly turned and returned inside.
