Mia Foster couldn’t refuse her mother-in-law’s invitation, so she drove to the underground parking lot of the supermarket. But once inside, Mia regretted it.
Over the past three years, lody Zachary had acted in several TV series. She was now a household na, but when she ca to the supermarket, she didn’t dress up particularly, nor did she wear sunglasses or a mask. She looked just like any regular person as she picked out ingredients in the fresh food section with Mia, and before long, she was recognized. "Ah... aren’t you... the famous mother-in-law actress lody Zachary?" a young girl in her twenties asked in surprise, covering her mouth.
"Hello, I am," lody smiled and nodded, accustod to being recognized by fans. At first, it was quite startling, but now she felt indifferent.
"Ah... fantastic! My mom really likes you. Can I take a photo with you?"
Faced with the enthusiastic young fan, lody obliged, and imdiately after taking a picture, she was surrounded by a few more people who seed to co out of nowhere, all asking for autographs and photos.
Seeing her mother-in-law so popular, Mia quietly retreated to the side, pushing the shopping cart alone as she selected ingredients, thinking that perhaps as a celebrity, one shouldn’t co to such public places like supermarkets.
Once the ingredients were mostly chosen, Mia pushed the cart back to find her, and lody was still surrounded by fans. Although there weren’t very many, it was clear that lody was very happy.
Standing outside the crowd, Mia called, "Auntie, we should go now."
"Eh, okay, okay, heading over now!"
lody replied cheerfully, took a photo with the waiting fans, and then pressed her palms together apologetically towards the other fans, saying, "Sorry everyone, I need to leave with my daughter-in-law now,"
Under the watch of fans, Mia and lody left together. On the way ho, lody seed very pleased. As an artist, it must be quite an honor to be recognized by fans while walking down the street.
Suddenly rembering sothing, lody turned to Mia, "Mia, should we... take a photo together too? And I’ll give you an autograph."

Maybe she was too rational, which was why she didn’t chase celebrities. She couldn’t refuse her mother-in-law’s enthusiasm, so she could only smile and say, "Let’s wait until we’re ho."

Back at the apartnt, the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law worked together, and when Felix Shaw ca ho from work, the dining table was already filled with exquisite dishes.
After washing up, Felix sat down next to Mia, "Mom, wasn’t Dad always with you on set? Why didn’t he co ho with you?"
"He ca back, but I sent him away," lody served rice to her daughter-in-law, and then to her son.
Taking the bowl of rice, Felix suggested, "Mom, why don’t you call Dad over? Eating alone is quite lonely,"
"Lonely is his own doing!" lody snorted coldly, served herself so rice, and picked up the chopsticks, serving so dishes to Mia first, "Mia, eat more, you’ve been working hard with Mom all afternoon."
lody referred to the ti spent preparing dinner together with Mia. She then served a rib to Felix, displeased, "Felix, how could you not hire a maid or a part-tir, and make Mia cook for you! How could you?"
Felix also served ribs into his mother’s bowl, smiling, "Mom, it’s just that I wanted to spend so more days of just the two of us with Mia. And besides, she’s got this cleanliness thing and likes doing it herself."
