After driving Zoe out of the Joyce Family, Joel Quinn uneasily walked into the bedroom.

Joel Quinn was well aware of this, even more anxious than Claire.
"Claire, about the shares..."
Joel seized the opportunity to bring up having Claire transfer her shares to him, but before he could finish, she continued, "I was just about to discuss this with you."
"Mr. Chen has ten percent of the shares, and he’s willing to offer them to us."

"For the rest, I’ll figure it out," Joel said. Over the years, without Claire knowing, he had purchased several properties for Ruth Hale and Zoe.
By selling all of those and adding Ruth’s savings, it should be about enough.
