"Dad!"
Wyatt Sterling stepped forward and said to Mr. Sterling, "She said Serena Sullivan has gone missing. I’ll help look for her."
Wyatt still wanted to say that Mr. Sterling had many connections and could help in the search.
The rest of his words were caught in his throat as Mr. Sterling coldly ordered Wyatt, "Go back!"
His eyes were chillingly cold, without the slightest warmth.
Wyatt had never seen Mr. Sterling like this.
His dad had always been sowhat aloof, but never so indifferent.
Claire Sullivan saw Mr. Sterling coming down and, suppressing her inner pain, stepped forward. Nothing was more important now than finding Serena.
"Serena is missing."
As she spoke, she couldn’t control the pain, and tears started falling.
A woman, though advanced in age, it must be said Claire Sullivan was still beautiful. When she cried, those captivating eyes particularly drew the sympathy of the man beside her.
Unfortunately, in Mr. Sterling’s eyes, such a scene evoked nothing but disgust.
What sympathy! What affection! Not a bit!
"Serena?" Mr. Sterling coldly asked, "Who is Serena?"
His indifferent reply felt like a sword piercing through the softest part of Claire Sullivan’s heart, and it was driven in deep.
"We..."
Seeing the coldness in Mr. Sterling’s eyes, Claire Sullivan smiled bitterly and changed her words, "My daughter is missing!"
She softened her voice and pleaded, "Can you help find her?"
Having one more person ans one more ounce of strength. Mr. Sterling knew far more people than she did.
Serena’s situation was likely dire, the sooner they found her the better.
"Your daughter is missing, what’s it got to do with !"
However, standing there, Mr. Sterling replied indifferently. When he was done speaking, he decisively turned away, refusing to look at Claire Sullivan.
Claire Sullivan watched him lift his foot to walk away and called out, "Mr. Sterling, I beg you to save my daughter!"
"She’s lost the use of her legs, if she isn’t found soon, she will die!"
According to Ethan, Serena urgently needed surgery.
And she had limited mobility; where could a disabled person go? Would she encounter danger!
Claire Sullivan didn’t dare to think further, afraid and terrified!
She moved forward, looking at Mr. Sterling’s back, and cried out again, "Mr. Sterling, I am begging you."
She humbled herself before the one she hated the most.
Mr. Sterling remained unmoved, turning his head with the sa cold indifference.
"Whether your daughter lives or dies, what does it have to do with !"
"Do you think this is a charity house?" Mr. Sterling then instructed the security to escort Claire Sullivan out.
The Sterling Family were esteed guests of various prominent families in Solaria and guests of this hotel. The security wouldn’t dare offend them, and seeing this woman crying so desperately, looking abnormal, they naturally chose to heed Mr. Sterling’s words.
The security approached and promptly grabbed Claire Sullivan’s hands, dragging her outside.
"Let go of !" Claire Sullivan shouted loudly.
Her sorrow and her pleas stirred no ripple in this man’s heart.

Claire Sullivan felt she was truly foolish. Over twenty years ago, he had abandoned her so callously, should she still expect him to show her kindness?
