The car slowly ca to a stop at Building Three in Section B.
Stephen Sutton turned his head to look behind him, and indeed Phoebe King had fallen asleep, and was quite deeply asleep at that.
Actually, when she’s not talking or causing trouble, she’s not that annoying.
Although she has a rather bold and lively personality, like a boy, her outward appearance is still quite feminine, and her usual dress is quite avant-garde and bold. If it weren’t for this series of crazy antics, Stephen would quite admire this kind of straightforward and generous girl.
What he can’t stand is her relentless pursuit of him. He feels that if she hadn’t co to her senses and decided to let go that day, probably nobody could persuade her otherwise.
He breathed heavily and lifted his watch to check the ti. It was already a few minutes past two.
He wondered if she really hadn’t slept for a whole day and night, which is why she was sleeping so deeply now.
In his heart, he always considered her a sisterly presence, often unconsciously comparing her with Audrey. Annoying as she may be, she hasn’t done anything particularly heinous.
Maybe it’s because he’s a teacher, having seen many unruly students, so Stephen Sutton feels a compassionate urge to educate and enlighten Phoebe King, believing that any student, regardless of poor behavior, has a chance at salvation with patience and teaching.
He opened the car door and stepped out, then opened the back door and gently tapped Phoebe King’s shoulder. Seeing her slowly open her eyes, Stephen Sutton said, "We’re getting out."
Phoebe King, still in a bit of a daze from her sleep, quickly reacted when she saw the man in front of her.
She yawned widely without much concern for her image, then smiled at the frowned Stephen Sutton, sat up and looked out the window, and muttered to herself, "So fast?"
She reached out to pick up the chain purse beside her seat, bent down while putting on the high heels that had fallen under the seat, and said, "It’s not easy to ride in your car once; I’m really reluctant to get out."
Stephen Sutton kept a stern face without saying anything, seemingly silently urging her to leave quickly.
Phoebe was content enough that he was willing to send her ho, so she didn’t stubbornly insist on wasting his ti.
As she stepped out of the car, the temperature difference inside and outside made her shiver involuntarily.
She stood smiling by the roadside, waving to Stephen Sutton, who was heading towards the driver’s seat, "Take care on the road, dear!"
Stephen Sutton’s expression turned colder, and he didn’t look at her or respond, getting straight into the car.
"Goodbye, co visit often when you have ti."
After Stephen Sutton’s car started, he glanced at the rearview mirror, where Phoebe King was still standing by the roadside, looking at his car, continually waving at the back of his car while smiling.
She seed like quite a silly young girl.
Phoebe King returned ho without changing clothes or washing her face and burrowed into the bed to sleep soundly.

At four in the morning, Chloe Swift sat on the sofa in the living room on the first floor of the villa, holding a tall wine glass, with a half-empty bottle on the small tea table beside her.
The house was strangely quiet. The bright yellow light in the living room, supposedly as dazzling as sunlight, only made her feel completely cold.
She hadn’t seen him for a week, and the housekeeper told her he went to Serephina.
He had been gone for about four or five days.
Apparently, he went alone without any staff, clearly not for a business trip.
And she had learned that after he got married, that girl seed to have gone to Serephina.
She thought that if that girl left far away, they would slowly lose contact...
Being the sole guardian of this marriage is truly exhausting.

She tried hard to play the role of a sensible wife, never complaining to him or fighting with him, softly asking "Are you tired?" when he ca ho from work, and when he showed impatience, she discreetly refrained from bothering him.

Shane Warner’s holiday is not long, though the company hasn’t officially started work yet, he has to go to Serephina on the third day to attend an international jewelry design exhibition.
Upon hearing this, Audrey Sutton suggested going abroad with him for a trip, and seeing her idle at ho, Shane Warner thought that with her personality, even if he didn’t take her, she might follow him to his hotel right after he arrived.
To avoid her getting lost and him having to spend ti looking for her, he thought it best to take her along.
At around nine a.m. on the third day, Audrey Sutton followed Shane Warner into the airport with her already-packed suitcase from the night before.
As they completed the procedure and arrived at the departure lounge, they encountered soone familiar.
"Miss... Miss Swift?" Audrey Sutton wasn’t sure how to address her properly, afraid of calling Chloe Swift "sister-in-law" in Shane Warner’s presence, since he didn’t consider Vincent Warner as a brother.
Chloe Swift looked sowhat haggard, despite the cover of makeup, her eyes seed dull, her eye sockets slightly sunken, and she had lost so weight.
She too seed surprised to et Audrey Sutton here, forced a smile and greeted Audrey, "Audrey, where are you headed?"
Audrey Sutton glanced at Shane Warner standing beside her, smiled, and said, "He’s going abroad for a business trip, and I’m tagging along to have so fun."
Chloe Swift’s smile turned sowhat bitter, with a hint of envy in her eyes, she said, "You two have a great relationship."
Audrey Sutton pursed her lips, seeing Chloe Swift’s expression, she knew sothing had occurred between her and Vincent Warner.
Looking around, Vincent Warner was nowhere to be found; Chloe Swift seed to have co alone.
"Miss Swift, where are you heading?"
"Oh... on a rare vacation, I’m going to Serephina to hang out with friends."
Audrey Sutton picked up her ticket, looked at it, and told her, "We’re going to Serephina too, on the 9:45 flight."
Chloe Swift smiled, "What a coincidence."
While waiting at the departure lounge, Chloe Swift chatted a lot with Audrey Sutton.
Like grievances pent up in her heart for a long ti, she suddenly found soone to confide in.
