Listening to her brother’s gentle words, Sumr Shawcross was montarily dazed.
Just as she was about to ask him sothing else, Sean Shawcross was already pushing her out of the kitchen.
"Your hand shouldn’t touch water, so just wait outside obediently."
As soon as he finished speaking, he shut the kitchen door. Sumr stood outside with a helpless sigh.
...
Sean was nimble in his actions and soon had dinner ready. Three dishes and a soup, all her favorite homade als.
Sumr glanced outside at the sky. It was still early, not yet ti for dinner. But thankfully, Sean’s dishes were so tempting that her appetite was instantly piqued.
She took the chopsticks from Sean’s hand and sampled each dish, then couldn’t help but praise them contentedly.
"Just like before, really delicious."
In fact, it had been over five years since she last tasted these flavors, and now finally experiencing them again, her heart felt warm.
Seeing her eat happily, Sean wore a gentle smile.
"Oh, by the way, could you write down the recipes for ?" Halfway through the al, Sumr suddenly rembered sothing and hurriedly asked him.
If her brother stayed for a few more days, Noah Drexler could also try his cooking, but since he was leaving soon, she could only ask him to write the recipes for her to learn.
Hearing her request, Sean nodded without questioning and carefully wrote down the steps for the dishes on paper.
Once Sumr finished eating, Sean handed her the paper with the detailed cooking steps. As she looked at the careful instructions, her heart felt ward.
Her brother had always granted her every wish, never refusing her anything from childhood to adulthood.
Except for this ti, he refused to stay in Narsus City.
But she thought, since he was so determined to leave, he must have sothing very important to attend to.
So she didn’t try persuading him any further.
Sumr carefully folded the recipe and held it in her hand since she left her bag in the car while shopping and had nowhere to put it in her dress.
"I have to leave soon, and ti is tight, so I can’t take you back. I’ll drop you at the corner, and you can take a taxi from there," Sean said, glancing at the sky outside.
"Are you in such a hurry to leave?" Sumr asked, surprised by his statent.
Sean nodded.
Although Sumr didn’t want him to leave, she knew she couldn’t change his mind, so she could only remind him.
"Brother, whatever you do, make sure to take care of and protect yourself."
Listening to her heartfelt advice, Sean smiled, reaching out to gently pat her head, saying with satisfaction.
"It seems our Sumr has really grown up, caring for her brother now."
Sumr discontentedly pushed his hand away and pouted as she said.
"Oh, and if you can, rember to find a sister-in-law soon!"
Her brother was clearly handso, had a good personality, and was gentle. Yet, how co he hadn’t had a serious girlfriend all these years?
The smile on Sean’s face paused for a mont.
