Receiving the order, the elders disappeared from there.
Turning back to his grandson, Gui Fan said, "Ying Ying, we should help them inside."
"Mhm."
Gui Ying stopped channeling spiritual energy into the Yin Mirror and Yang Mirror, then stood up and waved his hand. A second later, a gentle, transparent bubble enveloped them and slowly floated upward.
Looking at his paternal grandfather, Gui Ying said, "Grandpa, I will take care of them. You should go back and help investigate the Jin Empire."
Gui Fan’s eyes flickered at his words.
"Do you think the one behind this is connected to the Jin Empire?" he asked with a slight frown.
Gui Ying nodded. "Yes. I found them trapped inside that ancient barrier within the Jin Empire’s imperial palace. The mastermind must have so connection to the Jin Empire to be able to set up that ancient barrier there."
Hearing this, Gui Fan pondered for a mont and then replied, "Don’t worry. Grandpa will personally investigate this matter."
Turning to look at the Yin Mirror and the Yang Mirror, he added with a hint of worry in his voice, "Take good care of them."
"Leave it to ."
After giving them one last worried look, Gui Fan left Gui Ying’s floating mountain.
Left alone with the Yin Mirror and the Yang Mirror, Gui Ying waved his hand, then walked toward the spiritual hot spring located on the back mountain.
Carrying the Yin Mirror and the Yang Mirror, the transparent bubble floated behind Gui Ying.

In one of the small abandoned villages in the Jin Empire, Bai Hanyun finally opened her eyes. The mont she did, she found Bao Shengjie’s face very close to hers.
Seeing her staring back at him, Bao Shengjie jumped up from his chair, then rushed out of the room.
"Miss Bai has woken up!"
Listening to his excited words, Bai Hanyun tried to move her body. Feeling the pain all over her body, she let out a painful groan.
"Ugh..."
Not daring to move, Bai Hanyun lay on the hard bed and waited for the pain to subside. While waiting, she tried to recall what was happening to her before she fainted.
Staring at the low ceiling, Bai Hanyun rembered that before fainting, she had felt a sudden pain in her chest.
Frowning slightly, she thought doubtfully, ’I’m just in my early twenties and already having a heart attack?’
While she was questioning her health, Bao Shengjie returned with Hua Yuyu and the others.
"Miss Bai, how do you feel?" Hua Yuyu asked as he approached the bed.
Hearing this, Bai Hanyun ca out of her thoughts and turned to the side. Looking at her friends’ worried expressions, she smiled and replied in a hoarse voice, "I’m fine. It just hurts a little when I move."
Sitting on the wooden stool beside the bed, Hua Yuyu took out a small jade bottle from his Qiankun Pouch and poured out a small brown pill.
Bringing the pill to her lips, Hua Yuyu said, "Miss Bai, please take this first."
Bai Hanyun recognized the pill as the Yuan Pill and obediently took it from his palm.
Seeing her grimace from the pain as she moved, Bao Shengjie quickly opened a bottle of mineral water and held it in front of her lips.
Too weak to hold the bottle herself, Bai Hanyun smiled gratefully at him and drank the water in small sips. After taking the Yuan Pill and drinking a few sips of water to moisten her throat, she felt better.
Sensing that the pain had subsided, Bai Hanyun tried moving her limbs again.

Bai Hanyun nodded and slowly pushed herself up.

"Thank you, Brother Ouyang," Bai Hanyun said as she leaned back. Letting out a long sigh of relief, she looked at everyone present and asked, "Where are we? Whose house is this?"
