I thought about each of the candidates
After Aloysius, I was asked about Ms. Lyra.
She was like . Always thinking that you needed to work hard at the company, and how you had just been hired, and could not quit and inconvenience others… That mindset had affected my health… Several tis.
Of course, I could keep an eye on her to make sure she didn’t overextend herself. But then I realized that there were a lot of reliable people here, so there was no need to worry.
They would not be like my old boss, who would force us to do impossible tasks. Or make us work without being able to rest.
In that case, a place like this would offer her more and better opportunities.
While I did not ntion my old company, I explained what I could to Ms. Lyra and the others until they were satisfied.
“And then there is Mr. Winfield…”
Liza and Claire had thoughts about him.
However, nothing else had been brought up since then. No problems at all…

Sotis, she did seem more sensitive to the emotions of others.
It probably had to do with being a beastkin.
Regardless, if there was anything seriously wrong, the others would have noticed as well.
Besides, he had been selected by Mr. Ekenhart himself. Still, I would not make a decision in regards to him yet…

There was Gilbert and Walter.
Gilbert was the youngest out of the butlers, and close to my own age… And while I had no issues with his abilities, it seed best for the youngest to stay at this manson.
“And then there is Mr. Walter…”
“Hmm… If he wasn’t so scared of fenrirs, his wealth of knowledge would be very useful.”
“Though, I did not like how he seed to be judging you at first, master.”
“But Lady Claire recomnds him. In order to help Mr. Takumi with his knowledge…”
“Yes. Because there is so much that I still don’t know about in this world…”
Walter was the last one, and we all thought hard.
“Not only is he very knowledgeable, but after what happened at the orphanage, I think that I would like to choose him.”
“The orphanage… Ah, he was telling the children a story.”
“Yes. A story he invented on the spot. And the children listened to him quietly.”
If he stayed in the mansion, there would be no children around aside from Tilura. So perhaps he would be more useful in Range village, where he could tell stories to the children there?
“Well, that has nothing to do with his work as a butler… Also, there is the matter of Sebastian.”
“Mr. Sebastian is usually a pleasant man. But when it cos to Mr. Walter, he can be a little scary.”
“While he might scold us a little when we fail, he is especially hard on his son…”
