"Hehe." Xia Wei’er had just laughed and then focused on her facial mask when suddenly, two silver flashes of light streaked across the mirror.
"Ah!"
Xia Wei’er let out a scream and quickly turned around to look, but she saw nothing.
"You, you saw it too?"
Li Xiaoli grabbed Xia Wei’er’s arm, anxiously asking.
"You saw it too?"
At first, Xia Wei’er had thought it was just her eyes playing tricks on her, but hearing Li Xiaoli ask made her tense up imdiately.
"Just now I thought I saw two white streaks of light flash across the mirror."
Li Xiaoli swallowed hard, shivering uncontrollably, "Wei’er, have you noticed that it’s gotten a bit cold here?"
"It does feel kind of creepy, but we turned on the air conditioning as soon as we got in, and I didn’t feel cold when I was showering."
Xia Wei’er muttered, puzzled.
"Do you think there are ghosts in this world?" Li Xiaoli suddenly asked, her voice filled with nervous tension.
"Don’t scare ."
Xia Wei’er jumped, for girls often fear tales of ghosts and spirits.
"I’m not trying to scare you, but think about the sll we noticed when we ca in, doesn’t it remind you of the stench of a rotting corpse?" Li Xiaoli swallowed hard, her face marked by terror as she asked.
"Can’t be, right? How could there be ghosts in this hotel, and certainly not a corpse... What, what, what is that?"
Xia Wei’er moved closer to Li Xiaoli and pointed to a silver-white fla in the mirror, stamring as she spoke.
"Ah, a ghost!"
Li Xiaoli scread and pulled Xia Wei’er out of the bathroom.
"What are you doing, you gave a fright?"
Liu ngting, who was sitting on the couch in the living room playing a ga, looked at Li Xiaoli and Xia Wei’er, teasingly scoffing, "Look at the two of you; don’t tell you got scared by your own masked faces like that ti on the outing."
"No, no, it’s really a ghost."
Li Xiaoli waved her hands and shook her head, "Just now Wei’er and I saw a white light flickering in the mirror, and then there was this ghostly fla drifting inside the mirror, it was terrifying."
"ng ng, don’t you feel that this room is a bit sinister and scary?"
Xia Wei’er clutched Li Xiaoli’s hand tightly, her voice filled with fear as she asked.
"Really? I don’t feel it at all."
Liu ngting shrugged and stretched her long legs out from her pajamas, "The temperature is quite warm, not cold at all."
Watching Liu ngting swinging her slender, long white legs in the air, Li Xiaoli and Xia Wei’er looked at each other and involuntarily tightened their clothes. Could they have just had an illusion?
"You’re just scaring yourselves. Rember how Chen Cang was scared half to death by the sight of your masked faces? And now you’re falling for it yourselves?"
Liu ngting laughed disbelief.
"ng ng sister, but there really was sothing in the mirror. If it had been just who saw it, I might have thought my eyes were playing tricks, but Wei’er saw it too."
Li Xiaoli explained anxiously.
"Yes, yes, it was so eerie," Xia Wei’er nodded repeatedly.
"There’s no helping you two. I’ll go check it out and see what’s going on," Liu ngting said, rising slowly and striding toward the bathroom.
Standing in front of the bathroom sink, Liu ngting looked at the mirror and then turned to Li Xiaoli and Xia Wei’er, who were standing at the door afraid to co in, "You’re purely scaring yourselves. There are no ghosts in this world; you must have seen it wrong."
"Strange, how co it’s gone now?"
Xia Wei’er bravely walked up to the mirror and looked for a long ti, but she saw none of the anomalies from before.
"Wei’er, could we really have seen it wrong?"
Li Xiaoli also ca in, asking uncertainly.
"It must be a mistake."
Liu ngting smiled, stretched out her hand to turn on the faucet, and began to wash her hands, "Since you two are done washing up, then I’ll start washing as well, and put on a face mask..."
"Blood!" Li Xiaoli suddenly interrupted Liu ngting, her eyes wide with terror as she pointed at the faucet.
"ngting, be careful."
Xia Wei’er quickly pulled Liu ngting, who was about to wash her hands, behind her.
"What is this stuff?"
Liu ngting stared at the faucet in disbelief as, instead of water, a bright red liquid resembling blood flowed out.
No sooner had the words been spoken than the lights in the room flickered once, followed by a rush of a pungent moldy sll.
"That slls awful."
Li Xiaoli quickly covered her nose and squeezed in between Liu ngting and Xia Wei’er.
"Wu wu wu."
A wailing began to sound, followed by the appearance of a female figure with blood flowing from all seven orifices in the mirror.
"It’s a ghost!"
All three won scread in unison, then, grabbing each other, they ran desperately for the exit.
Despite the room being eerie, fortunately, Liu ngting and the others managed to escape the private room and ran toward the door of Tang Ming’s suite, knocking frantically.
"Who is it, staying up so late at night?"
Tang Ming, who had been in ditation, was awakened by the knocking and got up in a daze to open the door.
"Brother Tang Ming, there’s a ghost, there’s a ghost in our room."
As soon as the door opened, Li Xiaoli was the first to throw herself into Tang Ming’s arms, followed by the excessively frightened Liu ngting and Xia Wei’er.
"Hey, hey, hey, what are you three doing? All taking advantage of at once?"
Suddenly embraced by three beautiful won, Tang Ming was utterly confused.
"Tang Ming, there’s really a ghost in that room, it scared us to death."
Liu ngting trembled in Tang Ming’s embrace; she was the one who least believed in these things, yet she could not help but believe after what she had just seen!
"What’s the matter, what’s going on?"
At that mont, Zhou Dafu appeared with his clothes in disarray, sticking his head out of the bedroom, "Oh! Three school beauties giving themselves to you at the sa ti, Ming, can your body handle it?"
"Get lost!"
Tang Ming glared at Zhou Dafu with annoyance.
"Dafu, I told you the three school beauties were bound to make a move tonight, just mind your own business."
A pale arm reached out from the door and pulled Zhou Dafu back into the room.
"Heh, sweet dreams Ming brother, if you need condoms, the hotel provides them right by the bed," Zhou Dafu shouted before he closed the door and ignored them.
"How annoying!"
Chen Cang, wearing a lady’s nightgown, ca out to see the four huddled together, stamping her foot and pouting, "You’re taking advantage of Ming brother, how can you not tell ? I want in too."
"Chen Cang, if you dare co over, I’ll break your legs."
Upon hearing this, Tang Ming’s face turned grim as he sternly warned.
"Wuwu, Brother Tang Ming is so biased, I don’t care about you anymore."
Chen Cang cried out sadly and then turned to go back into the room.
"What is going on?"
Tang Ming rolled his eyes speechlessly and patted the three beauties in his embrace, "Let go first, at least tell what’s happened, okay?"
