"Our room is haunted," the three girls exclaid in unison.

"Haunted?"

After pushing the three girls aside, Tang Ming furrowed his brows in confusion and said strangely, "There are no such things as ghosts in this world. You three wouldn’t be trying to trick again, would you?"

"Of course not, it’s really haunted."

Li Xiaoli looked at Tang Ming nervously, "When we entered that room, we slled a strange musty odor. Later, when Wei’er and I were looking in the mirror, ghost fires suddenly appeared in it, followed by gusts of cold wind and a surge of the musty sll. Then a ghostly woman in red with disheveled hair and bleeding from seven orifices appeared in the mirror. It was really scary!"

"Uh-huh, uh-huh." Liu ngting and Xia Wei’er nodded repeatedly.

"Really haunted? Looking at you and Wei’er, your facial masks are all wrinkled. Could it be that you scared yourselves with your own reflections?"

Tang Ming still didn’t believe them; he didn’t believe in ghosts at all.

"Brother Tang Ming, I’m really not tricking you this ti; that room is genuinely haunted."

Li Xiaoli peeled off her facial mask and said earnestly, "If I’m lying this ti, may my breasts keep getting bigger in the future."

"Tang Ming, I’ve never deceived you. That room is truly weird."

Xia Wei’er looked at Tang Ming seriously.

"Could it really be true?"

Seeing that the three girls didn’t seem to be lying, Tang Ming began to waver.

"Absolutely true, it scared us to death."

Li Xiaoli said, smoothing her chest and still shaken.

"Let’s go, take to see it."

Tang Ming beca interested; he had never seen a ghost before and definitely wanted to see one today.

Then Tang Ming led the three trembling girls towards the presidential suite. As soon as he entered, Tang Ming slled the strange odor.

"Brother Tang Ming, do you sll that? Do you think it’s the sll of a corpse, that soone hid a dead body in this room, and then the dead turned into a ghost that harms people?"

Li Xiaoli clutched Tang Ming’s sleeve, asking nervously.

"You’ve watched too many horror movies, there aren’t that many ghosts. Besides, this isn’t the sll of a corpse."

Tang Ming frowned slightly, unable to identify the pungent odor, but he was sure it wasn’t the stench of rotting flesh.

"Could it be that Mo Hongsheng, unwilling to lose the hotel to you, devised so harmful sche?"

Liu ngting speculated uncertainly.

"That’s unlikely; Mo Hongsheng is quite a figure and wouldn’t resort to such lowly actions."

Tang Ming shook his head, looked around the suite, and asked, "Where is the mirror you ntioned? I’ll go have a look."

"It’s inside the bathroom," Xia Wei’er pointed to the hall’s bathroom.

"I want to see what’s haunting this place."

Tang Ming snorted coldly and strode towards the bathroom, the three girls following closely behind, not daring to move.

Upon reaching the bathroom door, Tang Ming heard the sound of running water and imdiately grew suspicious, "You left the faucet open before you left."

"Ah, yes, yes, when ng ng turned on the faucet just now, blood actually flowed out, we were so scared we left without turning it off," Li Xiaoli hurriedly explained.

"Alright." Tang Ming nodded, then walked into the bathroom, where he found the faucet still running, but it produced only clear tap water with no signs of anything unusual.

Tang Ming closed the faucet and looked up at the mirror, seeing nothing out of the ordinary. His reflection was quite handso.

"Is this what you call a haunted house? Besides a bit of an odd sll, there seems to be nothing else wrong here."

After checking, Tang Ming looked at the three girls standing by the door, speechless.

"But we really did see a ghost earlier."

The three won exchanged glances, with Li Xiaoli looking gloomily at Tang Ming.

"That must have been an illusion..."

Tang Ming hadn’t finished speaking when he suddenly felt sothing fall on his shoulder. He jerked his head up to look at the roof and saw a black pattern appearing there.

"What is that?"

The three won followed Tang Ming’s gaze and also noticed the anomaly on the ceiling.

"Could it be a body placed on the ceiling?"

Li Xiaoli swallowed hard, her voice trembling as she spoke.

"Stop jumping to conclusions about bodies; it must be the tide returning,"

Tang Ming gave Li Xiaoli a stern look and fixed his gaze on the pattern on the ceiling.

As Tang Ming stared at the pattern, it began to emit a dark fluorescent light, followed by a sharp increase in a pungent odor.

"Exit to the hall."

Tang Ming narrowed his eyes, realizing there was definitely sothing odd about the room, and imdiately escorted the three won back to the hall.

"Ah!" Li Xiaoli, the first one to enter the hall, let out a scream.

"What’s wrong?"

Tang Ming quickly stepped in front of Li Xiaoli, warily watching ahead.

"Above, above."

Li Xiaoli, her face dreadfully pale, pointed to the ceiling of the hall.

Looking up, they saw the entire ceiling of the hall covered with a large amount of strange black patterns, which were now glowing simultaneously.

The won had not noticed the ceiling earlier, so they hadn’t spotted this anomaly, but after spotting the anomaly in the bathroom ceiling and coming out, Li Xiaoli observed the hall ceiling imdiately and was greatly frightened.

"Quickly leave the room."

Tang Ming’s face grew stern as he shielded the three won behind him and walked towards the door of the private room.

The won, frightened out of their wits, didn’t dare to stray from Tang Ming and hurried toward the door.

After leaving the private room, Tang Ming studied those strange patterns on the ceiling and then raised his hand to press the light switch next to the door.

After turning off the lights, the room plunged into darkness, and Tang Ming and the others felt their scalps tingle.

Those black patterns on the ceiling of the room were eerily distinct in the darkness, flickering with a black light and forming a complex picture.

"What, what is this?"

Liu ngting looked around the room in horror.

"I’m not sure, but it’s probably not a haunting."

Tang Ming shook his head and turned the switch back on, "Where are your belongings?"

"They are in those three suitcases next to the sofa."

Liu ngting pointed to the suitcases next to the sofa.

Tang Ming turned on the light and strode into the room to fetch the suitcases: "You three will rest in my room tonight; I’ll deal with this situation."

"Be careful yourself."

Xia Wei’er looked at Tang Ming with concern.

"Don’t worry, I am immune to all poisons, what harm could re ghosts and monsters do to ?"

Tang Ming smiled indifferently, signaling the three won to leave first. His room was big enough for three girls, and he figured that, after this incident, they wouldn’t dare sleep separately tonight.

After settling the three won, Tang Ming walked into the imperial suite, his brows furrowed, unable to understand what exactly was going on.
