Aoto originally thought that after such a severe incident as "rebels gradually gaining montum and openly attacking foreign rchants", it would be a matter of days before soone from the top would summon him—the most important person involved—and inquire in detail about the various information regarding that "Snowy Night Chaos".
But unexpectedly, the governnt remained exceptionally quiet.
