This Monster was truly unlucky-not only was it beaten to exhaustion, but it couldn’t even make a sound. Every ti it opened its mouth, drool would spill out, its mind consud by hunger…
The force pulling it was, of course, the Mobile Phone, but how Ling Mo managed to maintain the balance between the two was beyond Xu Shuhan’s understanding.
“Even if I asked him, he wouldn’t explain… never mind, that’s not the main point,” Xu Shuhan thought, comforting herself. To her, Ling Mo’s Superpower was shrouded in mystery. anwhile, Ling Mo’s Zombie Puppet had just passed through the arched passage. He now stood at the edge of the tunnel.
On the way, he hadn’t encountered any new virus mbranes or those vicious big fish… the water surface was dark and calm, not even a drip could be heard behind him.
“Considering the main body’s experience… we might need to reassess our understanding of this place,” the Zombie Puppet thought, scanning the surroundings, “The newly erged ‘Giant God Warrior’ has disrupted everything, but from another perspective, it might be a new opportunity. On the Zombie Puppet’s side, I’ve discovered these Underground creatures… and those mbranes… suggesting Xia Na’s hypothesis might be correct. The Underground creatures here likely split into two systems, yet they share the sa Progenitor.”
Clearly, all issues converged on this Progenitor… unlike other Zombie-type Progenitors, this one had significant ambitions. It not only treated surface creatures as its livestock but also attempted to cultivate “Giant God Warriors” capable of quick transformation into humans. The ultimate goal was to ascend to the surface, even blend into human society…
“Wait… no wonder I felt sothing was off when I heard the na… the na itself reveals everything!” Ling Mo finally realized, albeit belatedly… but compared to its ambitions, this Progenitor’s naming was surprisingly candid!
Moreover, what intrigued Ling Mo was the transformation. The transformation ability of the “Giant God Warrior” and Tang Hao’s transformation seed different, yet upon closer inspection, they shared a subtle commonality-one turns Monsters into humans, the other turns humans into Monsters, their similarity lies in the reversal…
Not only that, in terms of duration and consumption, these transformation abilities were practically identical!
“And Tang Hao ntioned their abilities required sothing from here to be perfected, preventing side effects. This suggests their abilities originated from here… unfortunately, the key figure Butterfly, who first acquired this ability, is now dead.

Another crucial task was to locate the missing Yuwen Xuan… a Monster transford into Yuwen Xuan, and the presence of Yuwen Xuan’s suit on it… these suggested Yuwen Xuan’s situation might be dire…
“But if Yuwen Xuan were truly dead, why would the Monster be in such a hurry? Against two isolated prey, it should be more composed. Yet if Yuwen Xuan is safe, where could he be now?”

Though nothing was visible from the water surface, the surrounding environnt suggested that if there were indeed a large number of Monsters, they were likely near this massive pool… and from Ling Mo’s perspective, the area to focus on was probably the pool’s bottom…
He cautiously adjusted his breathing, trying not to make a sound… in fact, half of his tunnel entrance was subrged, so when he looked forward, all he saw was the still water surface… the pressure was imnse. Moreover, his task wasn’t just exploration; there were other things… aning he had to cherish the Zombie Puppet’s life, or else Xia Na and the others would be waiting in vain.
“If I swim, there’ll be noise, and unlike the outside pool, once dragged underwater here, there’s probably no chance of resurfacing… so…” Ling Mo clung to the edge, inching his body forward.
He planned to climb along the wall, providing a foothold and avoiding being attacked from all sides… but as he inserted his nails into the wall’s crevices, slowly subrging, he failed to notice…
