Damian stared at the panel for several more seconds before Rin suddenly spoke again. However, its tone had completely changed.
For the first ti in a while, Rin sounded genuinely serious.
"Be careful when using abilities like this." It warned.
Damian glanced sideways to et his gaze and Rin remained seated on his shoulder while staring at the glowing panel with narrowed eyes.
"These are God-tier abilities only available because you are a recipient of your subordinates’ faith. Just like the dreams, there will be backlash."
Damian blinked and turned fully toward the fox and his expression beca thoughtful. That word alone reminded him of the last ti he ignored warnings, he ended up with headaches, nosebleeds, and almost splitting his brain apart.
"How bad will it be on a scale of one to ten?"
Rin shrugged casually. "Fifteen."
Damian froze and Rin continued calmly.
"At your current level, it will most likely drain your demonic force completely and still not be enough." it explained while Its tails swayed lazily. "Just stick to empowering your subordinates."
Damian stared at the ability again for a few seconds, then slowly looked away. He suddenly no longer felt so excited
But after pondering for a while, it made sense. This ability was already considered absurd. Sothing like that should obviously co with consequences.
"Alright." He pushed the thought aside.
It was unfortunate. He had finally gotten sothing exciting and imdiately got told not to touch it. Still, having access to it at all already ant eventually he would grow into it. That thought alone made him feel better.
Without wasting ti, he continued.
Forty... Fifty... Sixty... Seventy...

Damian rubbed his chin as his expression beca thoughtful.
"Ooh?"
His eyes moved across the description again and then he looked at Rin.
"Like I beco a monster?" He asked.
Rin slowly turned and stared at him with narrowed eyes.
"So I’m a monster?"
Buzz!
Damian froze instantly as sweat imdiately ford on his forehead. His expression turned awkward and he rubbed the back of his head.
"Forgive my foul language." he apologized.
Rin just rolled its eyes and returned to staring at the panel.
"Yes. It allows you to transform into a demon fox." Rin explained as its tails moved lazily.
Then it looked Damian up and down before shaking his head in disappointnt.
"Don’t bother using it if you don’t have a second pair of clothes." she said and Damian chuckled..
"I’m certain the world would happily pay to see naked. That’s not a problem" He shrugged proudly.
Pa!
Rin smacked his forehead unfortunately, the tiny paw carried absolutely no force. But Rin still burst into soft laughter mostly because Damian was not wrong. He is the sin of lust after all.
"Have you considered a pornography career?" Rin tilted its head.
Damian stared blankly for a mont but he soon realized what he had been asked and he beca offended.
"Fuck you man. Imagine I beco a god but the whole world has my nudes. I can never be respected." he chuckled and Rin instantly broke.
The fox doubled over laughing as its tiny body swayed dangerously. For a second it almost fell Damian’s shoulder. He ignored it mostly because he knew this stupid fox would continue laughing for another hour.
Without another word he invested more points.
Eighty... Ninety... One hundred...

Damian slowly nodded. Now this was decent. Actually more than decent.
His eyes brightened slightly.
The last two abilities finally felt worth the investnt. However, a little question popped up in his head and his expression paused.
Why was he so bothered about combat lately?
It wasn’t like there was anyone who could actually defeat him anymore. Only his God-level brothers should realistically threaten him.
"Don’t be silly." Rin interrupted his thoughts imdiately.
"There are still several Dukes of Hell that will give you a generational ass whooping."
Damian looked unconvinced but he didn’t argue. As usual, he gave Rin a chance to explain.
"Even beyond angels and demons. There are creatures scattered across the universe that force deities to team up and there are unexplored regions even gods avoid." Rin explained.
"The universe is bigger than you think. No matter how powerful you beco there will always be soone equal or stronger. Nothing exists in isolation. If you can achieve it, soone else can too." Rin looked directly into his eyes.
Damian frowned but still felt unconvinced "Really?"
"Of course." Rin nodded. "I told you Duke Haborym was average. The stronger Dukes are much scarier."
Damian’s expression changed. The main reason for his refusal to accept is because he genuinely believed he could defeat his wives. If he can beat them, how can Dukes beat him?
Rin imdiately understood his thoughts and sighed.
"Your wives are from weaker demon bloodlines. Even as demigods they remain inferior to so Dukes who haven’t even reached that level."
Buzz!
Damian’s expression turned serious.
"The head of the council is a Demigod Duke and it is said he can stand against so of your weaker brothers." Rin explained. "The Asura inheritance cannot compare to yours but it is still terrifying."
"These are beings that have existed since the beginning that we are talking about!"
Damian slowly inhaled as he processed everything. He actually believed Rin, mostly because there was no reason to lie.
"Are you serious?" He asked and Rin nodded firmly.
"I would never joke about this."
Damian scratched his head and smiled helplessly.
"I guess I still need more combat skills." he chuckled
At that mont a familiar voice echoed.
"You can count on my power. All you need is a little investnt." A red glow spilled in from the desolate realm.
Damian’s expression vanished and his eyes turned cold instantly. At the path leading deeper into the desolate lands a massive crimson eyes stared back at him.
"Abyss." Damian’s voice dropped as his gaze turned murderous.
