As if sensing sothing, Gernika’s chaotic mind beca even more manic, waving the spear and roaring continuously.
The running Bai Youyou paused slightly.
Was it her illusion?
Since entering Gale Street, Gernika’s focus seed to no longer be on her but on Bai Wei’an in her arms, even attempting to kill her.
The earlier spear thrust was the best proof.
Bai Youyou shook her head. At this mont, the strongn she had shaken off earlier caught up again. The difference this ti was that they seed to have more parts attached to their bodies.
Bai Youyou recognized these parts, which ca from the strongman they had pounced on earlier. Was that guy torn apart by his own companions?
Suddenly, Bai Youyou recalled the earlier scene where two strongn argued at the alley entrance and were finally blown up by a missile from Chu E.
"Hercules?"
In mythology, Hercules was born with Divine Power, clearly distinguishing between good and evil. His heroic deeds were sung by people, but he was irritable and easily impulsive, even killing his teacher and wife. Could it be that the previous scene indicated that these monsters’ weak points were not on their backs?
Instead, it hinted that these monsters’ weakness was anger. As long as they were provoked, they would kill each other and fall into inevitable self-destruction.
Recalling scenes of escape, Bai Youyou beca more convinced of her speculation.
The next mont, Bai Youyou suddenly stopped in her tracks, raised her hand to activate the Engine Court. The sacred radiant ring expanded, and Bell Sword fell, blasting a deep pit with a radius of several dozen ters, engulfing countless fringe beings.
Chu E imdiately broke away from the Nether River, transforming into a Ranger and rushing into the air, arriving beside Bai Youyou.
"Protect her." Bai Youyou placed the curled Bai Wei’an on the seat.
Although Chu E was puzzled, he inclined the vehicle’s head and did as he was told, quickly breaking free from the strongn’s encirclent and speeding off into the distance.
Bai Youyou, on the other hand, slung Osiris over her shoulder, gave a low shout, and leaped high. After a full circle, she smashed heavily onto the ground. The energy of annihilation expanded explosively, affecting all nearby strongn, forcing them to protect themselves with their arms to block the attack.
Drawing all the strongn’s hatred, Bai Youyou turned back and accelerated, running in Gernika’s direction.
As expected, this ti Gernika no longer had the desire to confront her directly. Instead, he raised his hand, and the flowing Nether River below him surged up, with countless fringe beings rushing up to block Bai Youyou’s path.
Bai Youyou wrote the command "Full Power Hamr" into her arm, and at this mont, all of her Power gathered, fiercely blasting open the huge wave ford by hundreds of fringe beings. Simultaneously, she bounced among the scattered fringe beings, arriving in front of Gernika.
Gernika reared up, his six hooves shaking, as the spear collided with the Heavy Hamr.
In the brief confrontation, Bai Youyou was knocked away by that imnse Power. Nourished by the Nether River, more and more fringe beings beca nutrients, strengthening Gernika’s body. His Power had increased several tis compared to the start.
At this mont, several strongn behind Bai Youyou rushed over, standing in front of Gernika, puzzled at the loss of Bai Youyou as a target, scratching their heads in confusion.
The latter seed angered by their actions, let out a roar, and charged forward, trampling a strongman underfoot, then thrusting the spear, piercing through the chest of another strongman, flinging it into the air and tossing it aside.
Anything between Gernika and Bai Wei’an was trampled and torn to shreds. The distance of several hundred ters disappeared in an instant. Gernika’s eight hooves left afterimages, speeding up, breaking through, and blasting open layers of air barriers, with his hands almost reaching Bai Wei’an.
The strongn were enraged, turned their spearheads, linked arms, and directly threw one companion away.
A whistling sound erupted like a collision with a train. The projectile-like strongman crashed into Gernika’s side, forcibly knocking him off his path, toppling him to the side.
This wasn’t over. Before Gernika could react, another intense impact hit his side again. This ti, Gernika couldn’t stand steady and was knocked off the rooftop, swallowed by the rolling Nether River below.
The strongn jumped to the edge of the rooftop, leap into the Nether River after locking onto Gernika, seemingly ready to fight to the death with their creator.
The impact left Gernika dazed. He drifted along the Nether River for a while before regaining his senses. Unprecedented furious anger wiped out all rationality, and in a rage, he launched a punch.
The strongn climbed onto each other’s backs, embedding their structures together to form a seamless wall, clashing against the Heavy Hamr from Gernika’s punch. The energy exploded outwards, with the gust alone sweeping away countless fringe beings in the Nether River.
Gernika stared in shock at the immovable high wall before him. In contrast, from the wall, a Heavy Hamr erged, crashing directly on his head, knocking him back into the Nether River, overturning uncontrollably.
Just as Gernika climbed up, he was surrounded by a few strongn. Plump figures encircled him, landing punches and kicks, making it hard for Gernika to turn over, repeatedly knocking him back into the wall just as he was about to get up.
Ultimately, the Divine King was completely enraged. The spear flew back into his hand like a Scepter pointing to the sky. The descending scarlet thunderstorm directly obliterated all the strongn, with the notion of erosion etched into the consciousness of every fringe being through the circuit.
The thunder continued to empower Gernika’s body, with his depleted energy bar jumping high, his aura reaching its peak in the blink of an eye. Facing Bai Youyou rushing toward him, he no longer cared, slightly raising the spear tip to the back of his head, gathering the power of thunder at that mont!
The endless Nether River overwheld from above. Bai Youyou took a deep breath, intending to activate the Harmonizer’s authority again at the mont Gernika attacked. Due to uncertainty, the Harmonizer’s authority might only last a brief instant this ti, and she had to seize this one opportunity.
The scarlet thunderstorm rampaged, its montum peaking to the extre, and just as the spear was thrown, a roar interwoven with grief, pain, and despair pulled Bai Youyou back to reality.
The spear’s target wasn’t her...
Watching the spear, streaked with red electricity, fly through, Bai Youyou’s mind buzzed as if struck by lightning, washed blank.
In that direction was where Chu E took Bai Wei’an away!
For a mont, Bai Youyou’s pupils trembled and unfocused. She watched the spear wrapped in red electricity pierce through Bai Wei’an’s chest in an instant. Like a bird struck by lightning, Bai Wei’an fell into the Nether River below.
Instinctively, Bai Youyou stretched her hand toward Bai Wei’an’s falling direction, only to find that the Nether River strangely avoided the spot where the woman fell, flowing to the sides.
With her blue hair fluttering, the girl opened her eyes like a celestial emissary descending from the starry sky, embracing the woman in her arms. Her every move exuded divinity.
Her lips parted slightly, beginning a chant.
The stars resonated with her!
