He ran to Joanna’s side, blocking her path with his outstretched hand, and playfully said with a lewd smile: "Hey, beautiful, don’t leave. What are you afraid of? I am not a bad guy. Don’t be so cold, let’s be friends. Tell what you like, jewelry, luxury cars, or mansions?"
His slimy, malicious gaze swept over her from head to toe, his hand reaching for her face, and said, "Just look at this soft, tender skin. Let pamper you."

He was completely stupefied by lust that he hadn’t considered Joanna’s identity.
Joanna felt nauseated by the man’s disgusting breath. With great disgust, she slapped away his wandering hand and pushed him.
The man was already unsteady on his feet due to being intoxicated, so when Joanna pushed him, he staggered back a few steps and then fell heavily to the ground in a position resembling a starving dog pouncing on feces.
The mont he hit the ground, he cried out in pain.
He was enraged at Joanna, glaring furiously at her and cursing, "You bitch! Not taking the face I give you. Just wait and see how I’ll deal with you."
The man cursed as he scrambled to his feet.
He walked nacingly towards Joanna with a raised fist and didn’t stop cursing, "You damned whore, do you know who I am? I was being nice to you, but you’re acting like you’re sothing special. Won like you are a di a dozen; act high and mighty, but ultimately just playthings money can buy."
Seeing the man approaching with curses, Joanna’s face changed, and she quickly weighed her odds of defeating this drunken man. She then prepared to run.
A drunken man with even the slightest bit of courage could do anything.
She didn’t want to take the risk.
She couldn’t defeat this man.
However, she was confident she could outrun him.
Given the man’s drunken and unsteady state, there was no way he could catch up to her.
As Joanna made up her mind to run, she heard footsteps behind her. A tall, shadowy figure in black rushed past her and swiftly approached the drunken man before she could fully see.
The next second, the drunkard let out a pig-squealing like wail.
He was kicked to the ground by the man in black.
The man in black placed one foot on his chest and just as the drunkard tried to get up, he viciously kicked him down again.
The drunken man let out an even more painful scream.
"Who are you? You...dare to do this to ? I’ll kill you!" He wailed as he tried to pry the man in black’s foot off his chest, but he was kicked aside before he could even touch it, rolling several tis in the process.
Eventually, he was unable to speak as he gasped for breath.
But his mouth still seed to be cursing incessantly.
"Throw him out." The man in black finished with one final kick, knocking the drunk unconscious. He disdainfully turned around and ordered his subordinates who had followed him.
"Yes, Mr. Parker."
The two bodyguards stepped forward and lifted the unconscious drunkard from the ground before carrying him away swiftly from the scene.
"Are you okay? Were you frightened? I apologize for not being here sooner to prevent this from happening." Frank Parker approached Joanna slowly, and seeing her motionless gaze, his narrow phoenix eyes revealed a hint of worry.
