The entire hall was filled with the sound of the piano — the song she often played; the current pianist was clearly much more skilled than her.
A long table was laid out with various western dishes and red candles.
Jared Quinn’s fingertips halted, he got up and walked towards her, handed her a glass of wine, and in a soft voice, impossible to resist expressed gentleness, "Join for a drink."
lody Thorne casually tossed her bag onto the table, determined to see what trick this man had up his sleeve, probably involved neither honesty nor theft.
She sneered, "Even if you plan to do sothing to , you don’t need to get drunk, right? You should know that drunkenness ruins the fun."

"What’s wrong? Are you tempted by the beauty before your eyes?" lody Thorne tilted her head slightly.
Jared Quinn grabbed her wrist, turned her around, making her look at the surroundings, leaned down to whisper in her ear, "lody Thorne, aren’t all of these your favorite things?"
lody Thorne surveyed her surroundings in the candlelight, black mandrakes, black piano, black golf balls, gas pistols, darts, boxing, fencing, and nurous antique collectibles all in black.
