Luo Xiu slowly stood up and turned to face Lin Jianlong. "Long Shuai, I trust you won't be suppressing your Cultivation to fight like last ti."
"Of course not."
With a single step forward from Lin Jianlong, draconic roars erupted all around!
Luo Xiu's gaze darkened. Before he could react, Lin Jianlong had already appeared before him, landing a punch squarely on his chest.
With a muffled thud, the Void trembled!
Pushed by the imnse force of the punch, Luo Xiu's body shot backward in a straight line. He skimd across the surface of the sea for thousands of ters before crashing thunderously into the water. A white line, thousands of ters long, was carved into the boundless sea by the gale-force winds of his passage.
Like a shadow, Lin Jianlong followed, standing proudly in the air directly above Luo Xiu.
Luo Xiu climbed out of the water and stood unsteadily on the surface, looking up at Lin Jianlong in mid-air.
In the ensuing silence, Lin Jianlong spoke. "You may know more than I do, but as of now, there is an absolute disparity in our Cultivation."
As he spoke, Lin Jianlong slowly lifted his remaining left arm. A straight beam of golden light appeared in his hand out of thin air. Once the golden light receded slightly, Luo Xiu could see it was a sword sheath, with no sword inside.
Lin Jianlong looked at Luo Xiu with a steady gaze. "Your Primordial Divine Power likely cannot be fully utilized underwater."
Luo Xiu's gaze sharpened as a dark energy surged from his body. It was true, just as Lin Jianlong had said; he couldn't use the Primordial Yellow Springs Dance in the water. This was its greatest weakness.
Lin Jianlong's expression was indifferent as he slowly raised the sword sheath.
The golden light suddenly intensified!
With the sheath in hand, he ferociously slashed down at Luo Xiu.
At the sa ti, a loud crackle of thunder echoed out. Luo Xiu, standing on the water's surface, burst forth with black lightning, wielding the Thunder Halberd to et the descending golden Sword Light.
However, the Wild Thunder Destroying Divine Lance, powered by the Aura of the Dead, was no match for the oppressive golden Sword Light and shattered instantly. The majestic Dragon Qi was the very bane of the Aura of the Dead.

The Sword Light struck, and the water's surface exploded into waves tens of ters high. From afar, the sea looked as though it had been cleft in two by a god, leaving behind a deep abyss.
Luo Xiu was driven hundreds of ters deep to the seabed by the golden Sword Light.
Yet after that one strike, Lin Jianlong did not stop. He imdiately followed up with another slash of golden Sword Light.
The unimaginably heavy pressure of the sword forced Luo Xiu to a half-kneeling position on the ocean floor, unable to move. Every inch of his flesh, inside and out, felt as if it was being torn apart. As one slash of golden Sword Light followed another, a wall of Sword Qi gradually ford around Luo Xiu, sealing off the seawater and creating a vacuum.
Lin Jianlong, holding the sword sheath, stood motionless above the vacuum, looking down indifferently at the half-kneeling Luo Xiu on the seabed.
Luo Xiu struggled to stand, slowly lifting his head to et Lin Jianlong's gaze from hundreds of ters above. At this mont, tens of ters of seawater around Luo Xiu were walled off, with him at the center. Despite the imnse oceanic pressure, the visible wall of Sword Qi stood firm, as immovable as a mountain.
For a mont, Luo Xiu could not understand what kind of power the sword sheath possessed to create a vacuum hundreds of ters deep on the ocean floor. But he did know this was not Lin Jianlong's own strength.
While he was lost in thought, Lin Jianlong slashed down with another beam of Sword Light. Without several hundred ters of seawater to act as a buffer, this strike was even more formidable than all the previous ones combined.
Before the Sword Light had even arrived, Luo Xiu was forced to both knees by the terrifying pressure, the sound of his bones cracking echoing through his body. The extre pain made him cry out.
BOOM—!
As the Sword Light struck him, the wall of Sword Qi around him shattered and collapsed. Massive waves carrying terrifying power instantly crushed in on him from all directions.
He lost consciousness in an instant. His body was like a solitary leaf in the onslaught of waves, tossed about relentlessly until the impact lessened, and he slowly sank to the bottom of the deep sea.
At that mont, the tumultuous sea gradually returned to calm.
Lin Jianlong stood still in the Void, sword sheath in hand, quietly gazing at the sea surface below. His eyes revealed a glimr of expectation, as well as a hint of worry.
On the distant shore, Xia Chan's face was as pale as snow. Even from thousands of ters away, she could feel the terrifying power. With the second-ranked martial artist on the Heavenly Ranking, Lin Jianlong, taking action with such absolute, overwhelming strength, she was certain any resistance from Luo Xiu would be futile. It rged with the Qi Huang dicine Power, rapidly healing his injuries at an astonishing speed. At the sa ti, he felt as if sothing within him had awakened, filling his entire body with imnse strength. Although this power felt weaker than his peak condition, it was more than enough to fight Lin Jianlong.
However, at this mont, he had no intention of fighting Lin Jianlong at all. He knew that from the very beginning, Lin Jianlong had never intended to kill him.

A deafening explosion ripped through the air. A massive wave erupted from the tranquil sea as a figure shining with golden light shot straight out of the water and soared into the sky.
It was Luo Xiu.
After flying hundreds of ters into the air, Luo Xiu's figure plumted back to the sea, once again sending up a giant splash.
Watching Luo Xiu, Lin Jianlong's lips curved into a slight smile. "So, the thing the Empress hid inside you has indeed been activated."
The golden light faded from Luo Xiu's body. Hearing Lin Jianlong's words, his mind went back to the first ti he had been intimate with Di Xuanji. Perhaps it was then that Di Xuanji had hidden so kind of power inside his body.
Lin Jianlong suddenly tossed the sword sheath to Luo Xiu. "This is the Xuanyuan Sheath. The dic Immortal asked to give it to you."
Luo Xiu caught the sheath and frowned. "What does Third Sister need to do?"
Lin Jianlong spoke slowly, "The Empress is trapped in Danlong Ancient Mountain, her fate unknown. The dic Immortal said… in this world, perhaps only you have the ability to rescue Her Majesty."
Hearing this, Luo Xiu's expression grew sharp. "First Sister, she…"
Lin Jianlong interrupted him. "Actually, I only found out recently myself. From the mont you participated in the World Martial Arts competition, this has all been part of the dic Immortal's plan."
