Luo Xiu stared at the ancient stone coffin before him, his thoughts gradually drifting away. Although the mories of his past were gone, a promise weighed on his shoulders with the force of ten thousand mountains, impossible to shake off or escape.
"Kid, what are you spacing out for? It's ti to go."
It was only when Master Ping spoke that Luo Xiu snapped back to reality and took the stone coffin into the Land of Lawlessness.
With the stone coffin of the Tri-Rainbow Great Emperor, in addition to the one that held the corpse of the Emperor of Calamity Extermination, the Land of Lawlessness now housed two stone coffins. As for the corpses of the remaining eight Great Emperors, Luo Xiu had no idea where to find them.
He turned to the three Elders and suddenly asked, "What are your plans from now on?"
Upon hearing this, the three Elders' expressions turned as ugly as if they'd just eaten sothing rancid.
You bastard! You barge in here, kill our Holy Master, plunder our vaults, and now you have the gall to ask us what we plan to do?! Talk about adding insult to injury!
Luo Xiu paused, then said, "This enmity has been established. You can either go to Emperor Hao and ask for his help in seeking revenge, or I will have to eliminate you to prevent future trouble."
Hearing Luo Xiu's words, the three Elders imdiately broke into a cold sweat.
Luo Xiu smiled. "Of course, there is another path. You can leave Luo Hao's Three Thousand Alliance and pledge allegiance to . From now on, you will serve ."
"This..."
All three Elders were stunned, taking a mont to process what he had said.
After a mont, one Elder spoke cautiously, "We can pledge our allegiance to Your Majesty, but on one condition."
Luo Xiu replied with a faint smile, "Do you think you're in a position to negotiate?"
The Elder pressed on, "We ask that Your Majesty return our ancestor's body!"
Luo Xiu said, "Rest assured, I have no ill intentions. I don't have so strange fetish for collecting corpses. In any case, the body is safe with .
"After all, I'm only offering you a chance to live out of respect for this very body."
Hearing this, the three of them fell silent.
Monts later, an Elder suddenly dropped to one knee. "From now on," he declared, his tone resolute, "we are willing to serve Your Majesty to the utmost of our abilities! We would go through mountains of blades and seas of fire at your command, without a second thought! We only ask that Your Majesty allow our sect to continue its legacy!"
Luo Xiu slowly surveyed the three of them. "To be safe, I will first have to place a Divine Consciousness Forbidden on you. If any of you show the slightest disloyalty, I will show no rcy."
"Yes, Your Majesty, Azure Emperor!"
"Also, there is no longer an Azure Emperor in this world… only Emperor Shura."
"Yes!"
After giving his instructions, Luo Xiu left Purple Rainbow Mountain and headed for the lands of White Rainbow and Red Rainbow. Using the sa thod, he subdued both regions.

「Ti passed like a flowing river.」
「Five days later.」
Alone, and guided by a map he'd bought from a roadside stall, Luo Xiu flew over the Flowing Thunder River and arrived at a minor world called Swordfire State. As for Master Ping, he had returned to the Land of Lawlessness, too lazy to follow Luo Xiu around all day.
Swordfire State was a top-tier minor world among the Three Thousand Worlds, overflowing with Spiritual Energy, rich in resources, and ho to many remarkable talents. The Swordfire Divine Sect was situated here.
Amid a sea of lofty mountains and mist-shrouded valleys, countless crags and precipices created a treacherous landscape. The towering peaks resembled colossal inverted swords, giving the range its na: Sword Mountain. A sprawling city was nestled among its peaks.
That was Tianjian City, a tropolis with a population of thirty million.

「Tianjian City.」
In a small, exquisitely decorated, and cozy tavern, the charming proprietress swayed her hips as she elegantly approached a table, balancing a tray in one hand. She set down a glazed cup. The wine inside emitted a soft orange glow, wreathed in a colorful mist. Countless silver specks danced within it, spinning like a miniature galaxy so dazzling it seed a sha to drink it.
"Handso, you certainly have good taste. This Starry Moon Radiance is our tavern's specialty, and only I know how to mix it," she purred. "Our eting must be fate, so I'll only charge you half price for this cup."
The proprietress was utterly seductive, perching one hip on the edge of the table and batting her eyes at the young man. Even though her eyelashes were fake, they were still captivating. Perhaps she was smitten with this handso man whose beauty could make even won jealous. Despite his fine features, he lacked any trace of delicateness, instead radiating pure masculinity.
That young man was, of course, Luo Xiu. After passing through the protective Barrier and entering Tianjian City, he had found this little tavern, hoping to quench his thirst with a drink or two.
Luo Xiu smiled, lifting the cup to examine it closely. "This Starry Moon Radiance is beautiful," he said suddenly, "but not nearly as lovely as its creator."
"Oh my, handso, you really have a way with words."
"Just awkward small talk. I'm actually not very good at talking to won."
The proprietress giggled, then suddenly leaned in close. Her eyes were like silk, and her lips hovered just an inch from his as she whispered, her breath fragrant, "So, handso, will you taste the fine wine first, or the beauty?"
Luo Xiu's expression remained unchanged as he took a gentle sip of the wine. "Only children make choices."
"And you?" the proprietress asked, gently tapping his chest with a slender finger.
"I, of course, want to taste both. But speaking of which, this wine really is quite good."
Suddenly, a commotion erupted outside the window. Luo Xiu turned to look and saw a group of disciples from the Swordfire Divine Sect flying on their swords, cursing loudly as if sothing had happened.
He asked, "Those disciples from the Swordfire Divine Sect seem very angry. Did sothing happen?"
The proprietress sighed. "They're on their way to a public sentencing. It's all because of that damn poison girl. She caused the Divine Sect to suffer terrible losses, and the entire city has been in a panic. But they finally captured her last night, and her sentencing is today."
Luo Xiu was curious. "What poison girl?"
"'Everyone calls her the Terminal Poison Girl. They say she ca from the Lower Realm. She's beautiful, but she's saturated with a deadly poison. Anyone who touches her dies. I even heard that if she so much as washes her hands in a river, every villager downstream will be dead by morning.
"'A poison domain forms wherever she goes. Even Emperor Realm Experts wouldn't dare approach her lightly.'"
Hearing this, Luo Xiu frowned, tilted his head back, and finished his drink in one go. Then he stood and walked outside.
If what the proprietress said is true, then this Terminal Poison Girl is really sothing else. And she ca from the Lower Realm...
This intrigued Luo Xiu.
The proprietress stood frozen, staring dazedly at his departing figure, her eyes unfocused.
Suddenly, Luo Xiu stopped. He turned his head slightly and said, "You used a bit too much Xun Yu fragrance and not enough horny goat weed. Next ti, rember to add so bitter suppressant berries to balance it. Otherwise, it's easy to taste."
At his words, the proprietress's gaze snapped into focus as if waking from a dream, and she stared at him in disbelief.
What just happened? Those words... It was like I was hypnotized. And I was the one who was supposed to be drugging him!
In truth, she had been watching Luo Xiu from the mont he entered Tianjian City. He had passed through the Barrier to enter the city, a suspicious act. When he entered her tavern, she had personally mixed his drink with the intention of drugging and controlling him to find out who he was. Unexpectedly, she was the one who ended up being played like a fiddle.
"You little rascal, you dare to toy with ? n, seize him!"
Luo Xiu said coolly, "You seem like a decent person, so I don't want to kill you. But I suggest you don't provoke ."
"Enough of your nonsense! Who knows what kind of stray dog you are, daring to barge into my Tianjian City!"
Not wanting to waste any more ti, Luo Xiu's figure flickered and vanished.
「A short while later.」
He arrived at the center of Tianjian City, landing atop a building. This was the location of the Swordfire Divine Sect.
Looking ahead, he saw a wide training ground with a stone pillar standing in its center.
At this mont, a woman in tattered clothes was bound to the stone pillar, enveloped by powerful barriers.
Luo Xiu fixed his gaze on her, and his heart jolted. The woman's face was one he knew all too well.
It was Xia Chan!
Xia Chan? How could she be here? Could she be the Terminal Poison Girl?
