It was the most tumultuous period the city had witnessed, personally experienced by Ronald.
After the Red Robe was captured by Raleye, an investigator with exceptional business and even professional magical skills quickly extracted information through interrogation and initiated a cleanup operation within the city.
In contrast, the "Nine Commandnts" organization did not give up after the failure of one operation, instead, they took this incident as a clarion call to intensify their actions.
One after another, agents infiltrated Spring City covertly.
They intended to use a multitude of lives to build a new power network in the city, making all possible preparations for the ultimate showdown on Harvest Day.
Of course, it is worth ntioning that
all the above information was announced by the Investigation Bureau.
How much of it was altered or true was unknown.
However, the eventual result was a continuous secret struggle unfolding in the city.

after finishing his cleaning in the washroom, Ronald stepped out and saw Philis on the balcony.
At that mont, the girl with her hair tied up was leaning over the balcony.
Her graceful figure bent over the railing,
her eyes conveying unease as she gazed at the boats on the Wis River.
Ronald slowly walked over and asked with concern,

Philis turned to glance at Ronald and then nodded,
"Last night, I sensed a concealed magic fluctuation nearby. Although ordinary people wouldn’t recognize it, I knew it was Raleye’s handiwork; he had fought soone in the vicinity."
Ronald fell silent, deep in thought.
He had naturally inford Philis about Raleye’s appearance on the day of the conference.
