Water Release: Water Formation Wall
The water under Seii's feet surged upward, forming an eight-ter-tall wall of flowing water. The plasma needles, powered by the Combustion Release chakra, slamd into the water wall one by one like bullets from a Gatling gun.

The branches and trunks sliced by the wind blade fell into the water, causing the still water to splash.
And the one who fired the wind blade?

anwhile, Seii, who witnessed Aikawa dodge his wind blade, fell into deep thought.

In a flash, they reached an altitude of ten ters, expanded to twice their initial size, and fell toward Seii like fiery, destructive shooting stars at a breakneck speed.
Seeing this, Seii narrowed his eyes.
He didn't move. Instead, he silently molded chakra and transford it into purple lightning chakra.
Lightning Release: Lightning Balls
Crackle! Crackle!
Purple lightning crackled and converged, forming seven basketball-sized lightning orbs that flew toward the incoming fiery orbs like bullets, intending to intercept them before they could get close to Seii.
And intercept they did.
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
Lightning orbs and the fiery plasma balls collided in the air, exploding into sparks of crackling lightning and tongues of red flas, releasing deafening booms in all directions.
At the sa ti, Seii activated the Body Flicker Technique and silently disappeared from the spot.
When his figure reappeared, he was already in the air, five ters above Hino Aikawa.
Feeling his presence, Hino Aikawa looked up, and what he saw made his blood run cold.
Seii gathered a large amount of wind chakra in his palm that glowed with an eerie blue light.
Wind Release: Beast Tearing Gale Palm

The mass of violent wind chakra condensed into a massive, demon-like claw made of sharp wind, capable of tearing through all obstacles in its path.
With a sweep of his palm, Seii made the demonic wind claw extend and slam toward Aikawa at a terrifying speed.
"Damn it. Is it necessary to use deadly, killing moves every single ti you take action in a friendly, practical combat evaluation? Give a break."
Hino Aikawa could no longer hold back and cursed out loud.
His face finally contorted with a mixed expression that seed to radiate deep frustration, utter exasperation, and slight fear at the sa ti.
Still, as an experienced ninja, he managed to activate the Body Flicker Technique within a fraction of a second to disappear from the spot, escaping instant doom.

As soon as Aikawa disappeared, the demonic wind claw slamd into his previous location. The sheer power behind the attack kicked up a large amount of water up to six ters high into the air.
Seii missed his target, but he wasn't frustrated at all. Instead, his Tenseigan glowed, and his lips curled into a slightly mocking smile that would make people beat him up.
You are cursing in the middle of our battle, huh? Good, I love it. The more you curse, the more excited I beco.
But mister…
I am really not trying to kill you.
I am holding back a lot. If I were serious, you would already be out of commission.
Sure, my attacks are on the heavier side. But I reduced their overall power and attack speed to give you enough ti to dodge.

In the blink of an eye, the six-ter-tall water pillar, which was ford due to Seii slamming the Beast Tearing Gale Palm into the water surface after missing his target, twisted and morphed into a seven-ter-long, serpentine water dragon construct and sped toward Aikawa with the montum of a speeding bullet train.

Seeing the water dragon coming his way, Aikawa cursed again and jumped sideways, dodging the water dragon just in ti.

The water dragon, missing its target, smashed on the surface of the water instead, kicking up a pillar of water once more.
Not wanting to be the target of another sudden Water Dragon Bullet Technique, Aikawa activated the Body Flicker Technique and retreated at least sixty ters.
He still kept his eyes on Seii and the new water pillar, waiting for him to move. However, Seii didn't cast another Water Dragon Bullet Technique.
Seeing the water pillar falling back, Aikawa wiped out the imaginary sweat off his forehead and sighed in relief.
But his relief was short-lived.
Because he saw Seii suddenly disappear from his spot.
An inexplicable panic instantly surged in his heart as a chill ran down his spine.
He tried to look everywhere to locate Seii to avoid surprise attacks.
His fragile heart couldn't take those surprises anymore.
Suddenly, after one-third of a second, Seii appeared before his eyes again.
Good News: Seii has appeared. No more surprise attacks.
Bad News: All he could see was Seii's leg below his knee and his boot, which was rapidly approaching him. Seii had clearly launched a whip-like kick to his chest, but he had no ti to retreat or dodge.
Seeing the unavoidable kick coming, he could only cross his arms to protect his chest, reinforce his body with chakra, and brace for the impact.

"I have seen enough. I should end this battle now," Seii murmured in a voice so low that only he could hear. At the next mont, he decisively unleashed his next move.
Water Release: Water Fang Bullet
The mont Seii unleashed the Jutsu, several forty-centiter-long, fang-shaped, rotating drill-like water constructs erged from the surface of the water and shot at Aikawa at the speed of a bullet.
Shit! I still haven't recovered from the kick, and now this? Aikawa thought as he tried his best to dodge the fang-shaped water bullets.
But a few still grazed the side of his stomach, shoulders, and legs, leaving him bleeding.
As soon as the barrage of water-fang bullets stopped, he suddenly felt the tip of a finger on his back, making him stiffen.
It was none other than Seii, who had suddenly appeared behind Aikawa and touched his back with the tip of his index finger.
Sensing Aikawa's reaction, Seii smiled brightly and said with a cheerful voice, "It's over now."

Next, without giving Hino Aikawa any chance to react, Seii suddenly condensed a vast amount of wind chakra at the tip of his index finger.
Wind Release: Pinpoint Shockwave

Suddenly, Seii released all the gathered wind chakra within a very short ti, creating a sonic shockwave containing countless wind blades.
The sonic shockwave sent Aikawa flying without giving him any chance to resist. And the wind blades inflicted several mild lacerations.
The lacerations were mild because Seii held back a lot. But the sonic shockwave at point-blank range still made Aiwaka's organs rattle due to the sheer blunt force behind it. Blood surged into his throat and leaked from the corner of his lips, indicating severe but non-lethal internal injuries.
He might need professional treatnt and avoid ninja activities for a week before being fully healed.
Watching Seii, the sunny little student, behaving in such a rciless and bloodthirsty manner with a cheerful smile, Iori Nanako's lips couldn't help but twitch in exasperation.
She looked at Hino Aikawa, who was floating on the surface of the water, seemingly questioning his life, sympathetically, before turning toward Seii.
"You have handled the battle well, student Seii. Congratulations!"
"You have passed the test. You will receive a detailed test score and report card later."
Hearing this, Seii nodded before using the Body Flicker Technique to join his friends.
Seeing this, Nanako shifted her focus to look at the water-filled training ground and sighed.
"Hah! Let's take a fifteen-minute break, everyone. We need to fix the training ground before we continue the test."
