Wind Release: Orbs of Wind
Whoosh! Whoosh!
Within a fraction of a second, ten orbs of wind, each as big as a volleyball, appear in front of Seii, which he launched at Hino Aikawa, whose vision was still obscured by the thick mist.

There was no suspense at all.
Aikawa clearly slipped away using the good ol' Substitution Jutsu.
Seeing this scene through his Tenseigan, Seii's lips twitch in slight exasperation.
Again! I have to admit, the Substitution Jutsu is indeed one of the most basic yet overused Ninjutsu.
From Genin-level ninjas to Super Kage-level experts, everyone is using this sa shit to evade fatal attacks or trick enemies.
But Mr. Jonin, this trick only works on those whose reaction speed is similar to yours.

But at this mont, he could only use it defensively to protect himself from the incoming flood.
