Naruto was stunned.
"Wait—100,000 ’I was wrong’s?!"
The usually fearless Naruto trembled as if he had just heard sothing terrifying.
"That’s right, 100,000. I’ll be watching you. No breaks until you finish."
"Go for it, kid! Since you love causing trouble, you’d better be prepared to face the consequences."
Ordinary punishnts were useless against a troublemaker like Naruto—only sothing uniquely painful would teach him a lesson.
Like academic punishnts.
First, write "I was wrong" 100,000 tis. Then, as a "gift," he’d receive ten full sets of exam papers across all subjects.
"Can I choose sothing else? Like... you just beat up instead?"
Gulping, a tearful Naruto shot Jiraiya a pleading look.

Watching the miserable Naruto, Jiraiya burst into laughter.
Finally... FINALLY, he had found the ultimate way to keep Naruto in line.
From now on, if Naruto misbehaved? More howork.
Ignoring Naruto’s resentful, tearful glare, Kazuki picked up a scroll, wrote a note for Sasuke, and patted his head encouragingly.
"Good job. Next ti soone dares to spout nonsense, just beat them up. If you can’t win, go get Itachi. If Itachi’s not enough, go to Shisui. Whoever dares to talk trash—RIP THEIR MOUTHS OFF!"
"Take this to your parents. They won’t bla you."
"Yes!"
Sasuke, who had been trembling in fear of also being sentenced to 100,000 "I was wrong"s, nearly laughed out loud in relief.
Only Naruto was being punished!

Kazuki smiled warmly at Naruto.

Naruto burst into tears, overwheld by sheer injustice.
Fine. More people in the office ans more liveliness.
Since Kazuki was determined to discipline Naruto properly, Tsunade let him handle it.
That unruly brat really needs to be taught a lesson.
If Kazuki was willing to step in, all the better.
No more teachers complaining about Naruto’s antics.
Sasuke left happily.
Soon, the office door creaked open.
Nara Shikaku walked in, dragging his son by the collar.
Seeing Shikamaru’s bruised face, Tsunade facepald again.
What is going on today?!
Shikaku, did you really have to hit your own son that hard?
In truth, Shikaku hadn’t wanted to.
But the person his son had offended was soone he couldn’t afford to cross.
So, for the greater good, his son had to suffer.
Who told you to run your mouth and escalate things?
The mont Shikaku heard the news, he stord into the academy, hauled Shikamaru out, beat him up, and brought him to the Hokage’s office to apologize.
"It’s fine. Kids fight—that’s normal. But this one’s mouth is too big. He’ll just join Naruto in writing 100,000 ’I have a big mouth’s."
"Pfft—!"
Naruto, who had been crying monts ago, suddenly laughed.
Now he had company!
Unfortunately, this earned him Shikamaru’s murderous glare—and a hard smack from Jiraiya.
"What’re you laughing at? KEEP WRITING."
"Oww..."
With the children’s punishnt settled, Tsunade kept Shikaku in the office.
As the Jonin Commander, he needed to be inford of certain matters.
"Kazuki, how did the comrcial district negotiations go?"
"Very well."
Kazuki, currently pondering what to eat later, replied.
"Every clan is willing to support it. The Ino-Shika-Chō trio even offered interest-free loans to families who lack investnt funds but want to participate."
"Isn’t this expansion too sudden?"
Jiraiya voiced his concerns.
Though the economy was stable, wouldn’t expanding the comrcial district risk over-dispersing resources?
"No wonder Konoha’s poor! Always obsessing over military power, always scheming—learn from Kumogakure for once!"
Tsunade was furious.
I’ve done all the research. It’s not foolproof, but there won’t be major issues.
And now you dare question it?
Do you want to die?!
Kazuki smirked in amusent.
"Ahem!"
Shikaku coughed, rescuing the pitiful Jiraiya.
"Lord Jiraiya, according to our surveys, expanding the comrcial district poses no risks. We have the largest population among the Five Great Villages, and our citizens’ living standards are stable. With proper guidance and support, success is guaranteed."

A/N: Random thought. This reminds of middle school—getting punished with 100 copies per wrong answer, or rewriting entire tests 10 tis... Did any of you have teachers like that?
