BOOM!
The ten-ter-long Yak crashed into the sea, kicking up a splash higher than most warships. Krillin stood still, letting the cold seawater wash over him, cleansing his spirit.
"Father, Mother, brother, sister... and the citizens of my kingdom... I have finally avenged you."
As if a knot in his heart had finally co undone, Krillin released his Conqueror's Haki once more. This ti, it felt significantly more refined, more concentrated than ever before. He felt a newfound sensation—the ability to coil that kingly pressure directly around his weapons.
"So this is what the Captain calls 'Conqueror's Infusion'?"
He scanned the battlefield, his gaze landing on a man with an honest, sowhat dowdy face. "I'll test my new strength on you!" Krillin leaped, hurtling toward the man.
Across the water, Tokikake (Chaton) sensed the incoming threat. He looked up, his eyes eting Krillin's. A flicker of disdain crossed Chaton's face. He had seen Krillin one-shot the Yak, but as an Admiral candidate, he believed he could achieve the sa with ease. He didn't take Krillin seriously.
He drew a flintlock pistol from his waist and offered a contemptuous smirk. "Die, trash."
BANG!
A dragon made of fla erupted from the barrel, racing toward Krillin with startling speed.
"What?!" Krillin was shocked. He hadn't expected Chaton to use such a bizarre thod of attack. He twisted his body mid-air, narrowly evading the fiery projectile. The fire dragon soared into the sky and exploded, scattering embers that set several nearby warships ablaze.
Krillin's expression turned grim. What kind of weapon is that? That plain-looking guy is actually a top-tier expert?
The two locked eyes again. Chaton's smirk widened as he aid the pistol once more and pulled the trigger. "Go to hell!"
BANG!
Another fire dragon lunged, but this ti, Krillin didn't dodge. He infused his rapier with Conqueror's Haki and unleashed a full-power slash, dyed in pure black! As the slash tore through the air, black lightning crackled around it, the invisible pressure hamring at the minds of everyone nearby.
In the blink of an eye, the black slash collided with the red fire dragon. The two high-potency attacks struggled for only a split second before a victor erged—the fire dragon was instantly dismantled, and the black crescent continued its path toward Chaton.
Chaton's face finally turned serious. He reached inside his coat and pulled out... an antique-style handheld cannon.
"Fire!"
BOOM!
The cannon fired an alloy shell that tore through layers of air, colliding with Krillin's slash!
Rumble—!
For a few seconds, neither side gave ground. The alloy shell groaned under the pressure, tallic shrieks filling the air. Finally, the shell exploded, the shockwave scattering Krillin's slash, but Chaton was now drenched in cold sweat.
"Dammit! This kid has Admiral-level strength! I can't take him alone!" Chaton's heart sank. Just as he was calculating his next move, a pair of slender, fair legs entered his peripheral vision.
"I told you your gimmicks wouldn't work against true powerhouses. Do you believe now?"
The newcor wore a pink tailored jacket and extrely short shorts that barely guarded her vitals. Her long, pale legs were fully exposed, featuring a striking black spider tattoo on her thigh.
"Gion!" Chaton's eyes lit up. His trembling legs steadied instantly. He straightened his back and strode to her side with a grin. "Don't worry, Gion! This brat is no match for . You just stay back and watch the show!"
Gion (Momousagi) rolled her eyes—a gesture that left Chaton utterly srized—and said, "We brought this many people so we wouldn't have to fight fair." She drew her ito, Kinpira, and pointed it at Krillin.
"Backup has arrived," Krillin noted with a light chuckle. "Looks like I'll have to show a bit of real skill."
The gazes of the three clashed in mid-air, the sheer pressure of their combined auras causing the sea surface to dip. A second later, all three vanished simultaneously!
Elsewhere, Law was being hounded by four Headquarters Vice Admirals, while Hina and Blu protected the ship, kicking away incoming cannonballs. Hina was scanning the chaos, looking for an opening to escape.
Suddenly, Bonney's voice rang across the sky!
"Heeheehee! Nika Power!"
A massive fist slamd forward. Several Vice Admirals fighting Grus were sent flying, skipping across the ocean surface like flat stones! Everyone turned in shock to see Bonney in her "Stout Form," her arm inflated to the size of a Giant's!
She wore a beaming smile, seemingly having the ti of her life. Without stopping, she grew her other hand even larger, scooped up both her ship and Ren's, and hurled them into the distance!
"FLY AWAY~! HAHAHAHA!"
Ren's eyes nearly rolled to the back of his head. Hey! Although the ship was made of Treasure Wood Adam and was virtually indestructible, he didn't appreciate being tossed around by that brat like a toy.
He glanced at Akainu. The Admiral didn't even spare a glance for Bonney's antics; his focus was entirely locked on Ren. Before coming here, Akainu had consulted Garp and understood that Ren was not to be underestimated. Furthermore, Ren's record of defeating Aokiji was enough to make Akainu treat him with the utmost caution.
He had only one thought: Execution.
"Great Eruption!"
BOOM!
Thousand-degree magma flooded toward Ren. Ren blurred across the sea, easily evading the strike. "Is that all? A few thousand degrees... even if you hit , it wouldn't leave a scratch!"
"Arrogant scum! If you have the strength, stand still and take a punch!" Akainu growled. He wasn't a hot-headed idiot; he was a man who would do anything for justice.
"Hound Lotus!" Akainu punched again, the magma morphing into a giant snarling dog head. "Don't hide like a coward, brat! Don't make look down on you!"
Ren leaped high, evading the magma dog. He laughed, "Hahaha! Moron! Did you really think I'm the kind of idiot who stands still for a free hit?!"
As the attack missed, Akainu's face filled with disdain. "As expected, you fled. In the end, you're just a useless pirate. How could you ever have the courage to face my fist head-on?"
"A 'Just Marine Fist' that can't even touch a single hair on a pirate's head? Are you sure you're an Admiral, Sakazuki?" Ren mocked, spreading his hands. "Maybe you should retire and raise your daughter. Last ti we t, her performance was worse than that rookie Koby. It was quite disappointing."
