"Very good."

Seeing the reaction of the clan mbers, Uchiha Ren nodded in satisfaction before continuing,

"Today's eting ends here. Many things will happen in the coming days. I want everyone to watch more, listen more, and speak and act less. Simply wait for the clan's orders."

"Everyone else may leave. The First Elder, Second Elder, and Uncle Yashiro stay behind."

With a wave of his hand, Ren officially concluded the clan eting.

"Yes, Clan Head!"

The gathered Uchiha bowed in unison toward Ren before withdrawing from the secret chamber in an orderly manner.

A mont later, only six people remained in the large underground room:

Uchiha SetsunaUchiha YaUchiha YashiroUchiha ShisuiUchiha FugakuUchiha Ren

"You've all been standing for a long ti. You must be tired—sit."

Ren spoke casually as he sat cross-legged on the floor, without the slightest trace of arrogance.

Fugaku and Shisui imdiately followed suit.

After exchanging glances, Setsuna, Ya, and Yashiro also lifted their robes and sat down.

Ren then looked at Uchiha Ya.

"This clan eting was mainly to unify the opinions within the Uchiha. I imagine Hiruzen Sarutobi and the others are also waiting for the results of this eting."

Ya gave a bitter smile.

"That's right. Before the eting began, Hiruzen personally ca to see both and Fugaku."

"He demanded that we seize control of the clan and severely punish…"

At this point Ya glanced at Uchiha Setsuna, whose face remained expressionless.

After a mont's hesitation, he continued anyway.

"…punish the radical faction led by the First Elder, otherwise the village would never let the Uchiha off the hook."

Originally, Ya believed that this clan eting would simply be another clash between the Radical Faction and the Conservative Faction.

Even Hiruzen Sarutobi likely thought the sa.

But no one expected that Uchiha Ren would suddenly erge halfway through the eting and completely change the fate of the Uchiha clan.

Now Ya himself didn't even know how to report the results.

He sighed and continued.

"Hiruzen told to report the outco to him imdiately after the eting ended. But now…"

"Report?" Setsuna snorted coldly.

"No matter the result, this is the Uchiha clan's internal matter. Why should we give Hiruzen Sarutobi any explanation?"

Ya frowned.

"You can't say that. Recently soone has been spreading rumors about Hiruzen throughout the village. He's furious."

"It's no surprise he reacted this way."

"Rumors? ?" Setsuna froze before erupting in anger.

"If Hiruzen Sarutobi has skeletons in his closet, what does that have to do with ?! I didn't send anyone to spread those rumors!"

"Bullshit! You dare to deny it?"

Ya shot back imdiately.

"You didn't even clean up the evidence properly! Hiruzen has already traced those rumor-spreaders back to mbers of the Uchiha clan—and Uchiha Tekka was even seen among them!"

"If it wasn't you, was it ?!"

Setsuna's eyes widened, montarily speechless.

He truly hadn't ordered anyone to spread rumors.

But Tekka was indeed one of his n.

He had no idea how to explain it.

Could it be that Tekka had acted on his own initiative?

"Enough."

At that mont, Ren spoke calmly, drawing both elders' attention.

"Those rumors had nothing to do with the First Elder. I was the one who ordered them spread."

"As for the Tekka incident… that was simply soone using the Transformation Technique."

Ren explained,

"The rumors about Hiruzen Sarutobi were ant to pressure him into stepping down sooner."

"And disguising the agent as Uchiha Tekka was intended to draw Hiruzen's attention toward the Uchiha clan."

"Recently, the conflict between the Uchiha and the village has already been escalating. If the culprit appeared to be an Uchiha, Hiruzen wouldn't suspect anything unusual."

"And that helps ensure Minato Namikaze's path to becoming the Fourth Hokage."

"The reason I didn't inform you beforehand was simply because the timing wasn't right."

"So here and now, I offer my apologies to the two elders."

Setsuna and Ya were both surprised.

However, after hearing Ren 's reasoning, their expressions gradually relaxed.

If it benefited the Uchiha clan, they had little reason to object.

Besides, Ren himself was an Uchiha—so technically they weren't even taking the bla.

"Wait!"

Suddenly Ya seed to realize sothing.

He turned toward Uchiha Fugaku.

"Fugaku… you already knew about this, didn't you?"

Fugaku nodded calmly.

"Yes."

"And you still pretended not to know?!"

Ya nearly ground his teeth in frustration.

"Your acting skills have reached perfection! You had this old man dancing like a monkey!"

Thinking back to how anxious he had been over the rumors these past few days—while Fugaku remained perfectly calm—only made him even more annoyed.

Fugaku gave a helpless smile.

"Please calm down, Second Elder. I had no choice at the ti."

Although Fugaku had indeed enjoyed watching the drama unfold, Ya was still his elder. Naturally, he couldn't voice his true thoughts and could only offer an apology.

"Alright, enough about that."

Ren waved his hand, interrupting the argunt.

"Let's focus on the important matters."

Although Ya was still annoyed, he reluctantly dropped the issue.

Ren continued,

"At dawn, Brother Fugaku and I will go directly to the Hokage Tower to et Hiruzen Sarutobi."

"I ask the First Elder and Second Elder to lead the clan mbers back to the Uchiha Clan Compound in an orderly manner."

"And as a precaution, strengthen the clan's security."

"No problem."

Both Setsuna and Ya nodded.

Ren then turned to Uchiha Yashiro, who had been silent the entire ti.

"Uncle Yashiro, when I et Hiruzen I'll bring up the reform of the Konoha Military Police Force."

"After you return, compile all the records of the current Police Force mbers."

"At the sa ti, have the clan prepare themselves."

Yashiro was Fugaku's deputy and knew every detail regarding the Konoha Military Police Force.

He would be indispensable in reorganizing the departnt.

Moreover, he was one of the few Uchiha with a calm and steady temperant, making him highly trustworthy.

Yashiro nodded.

"Understood, Clan Head. I know what to do."

Ren then looked toward Uchiha Shisui.

"You'll remain in the clan compound."

"When I et Hiruzen Sarutobi, I plan to lay everything out clearly. I'm ninety percent certain things will go smoothly—but there's always the remaining ten percent."

"So don't let your guard down."

Shisui answered firmly,

"Don't worry, Brother Ren . Leave the clan compound to ."

"Good."

Ren stood up slowly, a faint glint flashing in his eyes.

"That's all for now."

"We'll discuss the rest… after I et Hiruzen Sarutobi."
