As Evan and the group were conversing with Overseer Gu Qianchen, a giant cha with faint red outlines running across its tal body had silently appeared directly above the city lord mansion.
Inside the cha, Orin’s head could be seen.
He stared down at the mansion with a crazed look on his face.
His eyes were glitching unnaturally as he stared at the city lord mansion.
"CITY LORD DORIAN! CO OUT YOU BASTARD!" His chanical voice bood across the city like a tidal wave. "I’m here to deliver you your death!"
"Huh?"
"Who is that?!"
"What was that voice just now?!"
Dawnwatch City, Silverguard City and Ironveil City clearly heard it, and everyone imdiately began panicking once they heard this.
They could see a giant cha right above the city lord mansion which was directly in the middle of the three cities, floating above the skies.
People imdiately took out their phones to record, however as soon as they took them out, one by one they began glitching and exploded right in their faces.
It was not just phones, billboards, floating technologically advanced balloons showing ads, anti-gravity trains, cars and electricity. Everything within the three cities began to act strangely, so directly exploding, so acting strangely as if under the command of sothing.

Bzzt. bzzt.
As soon as Orin’s voice rang out into the city lord mansion, the holographic diagram which hosted Gu Qianchen directly glitched and switched off by itself, and the lights within the mansion flickered uncontrollably.
"That voice." City Lord Dorian’s expression changed drastically. "City Lord Orin."
"What is happening?" Evan was stunned.
The voice just now made his ears tremble.
"Hm?" Lia frowned slightly when she heard this voice, then turned to the holographic interface on the table.
Overseer Gu Qianchen was directly cut off.
"The person is tampering with the electrical signals." Lia spoke out. "He might be an esper."
Observing more closely, Lia added, "He seems to be a late-stage 2nd ranker."
"You guys, stay here." City Lord Dorian said with a grim expression. "Lia is right, the power descending onto the mansion is without a doubt that of late-stage."
"The mansion will be safe. It was built to survive hits from a late-stage 2nd ranker."
As he said that, he gestured to the attendees in the room, telling them through telepathy to keep the geniuses safe. Most of them were late-stage 1st rankers with only two early 2nd rank evolvers, but their numbers would be able to keep everything at bay if sothing did go down.
Instructing the attendees, City Lord Dorian took to the sky and stood at the sa level as the cha.
As soon as he set his eyes onto the cha, Dorian was montarily in shock.
"You, City Lord Orin, what happened to your body?!" Dorian asked, bewildered.
"HAHAHHAHAH!" Seeing the shocked expression caused Orin to burst out laughing.
Then the next mont, his body began expanding, the cha began to grow with incredible speed and beca even bigger than the city lord mansion.
"Just what?" Lin Fang’s expression turned dark when he saw this. "Is that a giant robot?!"
"..." Alissa’s eyebrows furrowed when she saw this.
She was silently preparing herself for a battle.
The intention of the other party seed very clear.
"We should inform the others." Evan spoke as he took his phone out. "If we inform the other city experts who are in the Three Guard Province, they might be able to lend a hand."
However, as soon as he took his phone out, he realized it was glitched out. There was no display, only a glitching interface.
"There’s no need to do that." Lia glanced at him and spoke calmly. "They should be able to feel the robot’s power and see it from the tournant stadium."
Out of everyone, the most calm one here was without a doubt Lia.
For so reason, instead of feeling confused or panicked, she just stayed her ground with no ripple in her heart.
And she was right. Just as her words left her mouth, several powerful experts in the middle-stage rose to the sky, staring at the robot with grim expressions.
"City Lord Dorian, what is this?" The one speaking was the Head Branch Manager of the Evolvers Association in Nova City, Manager Desmond.
"HAHAHHAHA! Looks like the experts from the other cities are also here!" Orin laughed like a madman, his voice echoing across the entire province.
"Good. Good. With everyone here, I can show you how invincible I am. By the end of all this the entire southern region will know my na, City Lord Orin. Hahahah!" Orin laughed with madness.
Imdiately, powerful presences erged from all corners of the city.
"This is the energy of 2nd rankers!" one of the city experts said with a changed expression.
They all turned to the corners and saw several chanical automations soaring into the sky, and alongside them were humans wearing grey robes.
"The High Order!" City Lord Dorian shouted. He turned to Orin with an enraged expression and spoke, "Are you colluding with the High Order, City Lord Orin?! Have you betrayed humanity?!"
Hearing this, Orin laughed more. "Betray humanity?! LOOK AT MORE CLEARLY YOU BASTARD! DO I LOOK HUMAN TO YOU?!"
Law power flared up from Orin, and the law of machinery descended with a pressing pressure.
"I’ve transcended the limits of humanity thanks to the High Order and beco an artificial being with limitless capabilities!"
"What is this law?!" City Lord Dorian frowned. "You, is this sothing related to the cyborg evolutionary path?!"
"Correct!" Orin said with a cold smile. "The cyborg evolutionary path now has the capabilities to reach the late-stage of the 2nd rank and even a possibility to reach 3rd rank!"
"The cyborg evolutionary path has officially created its law Chapter!"
He grinned evilly. "I WILL NOW SHOW THE GRAND LAW OF MACHINERY!"
Boom.
The three cities shook abruptly as hundreds and hundreds of advanced technological weapons, cannons, automatic artificial intelligent guns, and powerful combat chas reaching the level of 2nd rank all rose into the sky, they all then begin to target other 2nd ranked evolvers spread across the three city.
"What is happening?" Desmond was wide-eyed.
This was an unbelievable scene.
"Not good! Is he controlling all these weapons and chas?!"
