Chapter 445: Chapter 265: eting the Silk Calligraphy Ancestor Master

In the dead of night, amidst desolate mountains, Qin Ming’s hair stood on end as he fished three snarling, grim-looking old n out of the Yin Pond.

The gap between this and his expectations was just too vast!

There were no alluring demons or the legendary dragon-shaped abnormalities to be found.

“Mad God?!”

With the appearances of these three, it was impossible not to let one’s imagination run wild. They wore tattered clothes, their eyes were a lifeless grey, unfocused, and two of them had half-rotten faces.

Qin Ming had seen that mory Crystal before. Could these be the three figures who vanished in the black whirlwind?

However, the footage was rather blurry, with only the staggering fourth “Mad God” clearly visible.

“Yin Pond miles away, connected to Ancient Kunleng?” Qin Ming speculated. The three old corpses before him might be those three gods!

“Could it really be that person?” He focused on one particular corpse, his heart beating anxiously.

The Mad God from Yujing, all of this was montarily cast aside in his mind.

Two n’s faces were half-rotten, but the flesh of the elder in the middle seed fresh, with a body full of dense cracks, as if pieced together anew.

All three were excessively emaciated, and thus with their long hair spread out in the pitch-black pond, Qin Ming mistook them for tall won.

He grew solemn, cautiously blowing lightly, revealing the partially covered face of the elder in the middle.

In that instant, he froze; that face was indeed familiar!

At the sa ti, he felt a surge of coldness spreading back towards him.

Qin Ming involuntarily took two steps back, as if soone was blowing cold air towards him.

Desolation stretched in all directions; the place was bone-chillingly cold. Night fishing for three old corpses, facing them alone, what kind of experience was this?

However, Qin Ming didn’t mind the environnt, as if he had forgotten where he was, focusing solely on the middle corpse.

“Ancestor Master?” He found it hard to believe he had unexpectedly “reunited” here.

Back then, he had fallen into the Fourth Forbidden Land, discovered the Silk Scripture on the temple wall there, shared the resonance of the scriptures, and t this Ancestor Master!

The Silk Scripture had a fatal flaw; by practicing to the end, the body would explode.

Even so of the creators of the skill were not exempt, dying or disappearing, which could be said to cause much trouble for the Ancestor Masters.

One among them, with not much ti left, ventured into the Forbidden Territory and beyond, wandering throughout the Night Fog World to solve the hidden troubles.

“In the end, he went to Yujing? Such a bleak end.” Qin Ming sighed.

Mainly, this Ancestor Master looked skin and bones, a breeze could blow him away compared to the past, and his body was riddled with cracks, indicating an explosion had occurred.

Upon reflecting further, the Fourth Forbidden Land was in Kunleng, so his eventual journey to Yujing was not entirely surprising.

However, there was no record of anyone from this era being able to enter; that he found his way to this legendary mythical place was indeed impressively defiant of the natural order.

Qin Ming’s heart was heavy. For soone of this level to reach Yujing, it hardly ever ended well.

In the end, did the Ancestor Master escape, or did he encounter unforeseen mishaps?

Knowing the identity of the person before him made Qin Ming even more cautious. He dared not touch them, fearing to trigger any remaining divine power or immortal substances within.

“Could they still be alive?” he wondered.

Are they in a false death state, having sealed their Spiritual Domain and body, thus having no divine power emanating?

If not, such beings would be unapproachable, even the breath emanating from their corpses could turn this barren mountain into a dead zone!

“Ancestor Master, you died such a tragic death. Alas, you don’t know, the Silk Scripture lineage has entirely fallen, even the scripture is lost, I am the last seedling; seeing you fall to such a state truly makes one sigh.” Qin Ming said.

He sat cross-legged by the Yin Pond, channeling the Silk Scripture aning, with inexplicable Tao rhythm enveloping him.

Unfortunately, despite how hard he tried, the Ancestor Master remained motionless.

“Ancestor Master, forgive !” Qin Ming decided to search the corpse; if such a person had any surviving items, they would undoubtedly be priceless.

He even eyed the tattered clothes they wore, wondering if they might be of rare material.

If the Ancestor Master had any spirit left, he probably wouldn’t bla him for wanting to take everything; otherwise, buried under the earth, they would turn to dust anyway.

Cautiously scavenging, as he reached for the Ancestor Master, his whole body suddenly went rigid.

His hand had been grabbed by a skeletal old hand, instantly icy to the bone.

The Ancestor Master had risen!

Qin Ming felt a chill from head to toe, the cold quickly flooding into his body.

“Ancestor Master, we are on the sa side, I’ll burn so paper for you later!”

In a flash, the skeletal Ancestor Master opened his eyes, like bolts of lightning piercing the clouds, tearing through the pitch-black sky!

Qin Ming was shocked, thankful the Ancestor Master lay on the ground, not facing him; otherwise, just those beams could have pierced through him.

Where the old man’s gaze landed, the night fog dispersed, the night sky seed to explode!

But in the next instant, his eyes turned murky and dim again, shifting to a lifeless grey; sothing was obviously amiss.

But he let go of his hand, no longer holding on.

“Ancestor Master…” Qin Ming whispered, the situation vastly exceeding his expectations; indeed, resurrection was minor, madness was the fear. If the old man recognized no kin and erupted arbitrarily, this place would inevitably beco a dead zone.

“The scripture is lost, but it’s no surprise, for good reason, because, it truly is unachievable!” To Qin Ming’s surprise, this ghost-like Ancestor Master spoke directly.

However, his voice was hoarse, as if he hadn’t spoken in years, and so weak one needed to listen closely.

Even he said it was unachievable, laced with dejection, making Qin Ming feel inexplicable emotions in his heart.

Here stood an Ancestor Master, already feeling disheartened, losing hope for the Silk Calligraphy. How should those who ca after proceed?
